RE: Hearing before both House and Senate Judiciary Committee dedicated to Minnesota ns giving testimony
and evidence of systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary.
Hello:
Since 2005, 100s of Minnesotans have asked for and been denied a hearing before the House and/or Senate
Judiciary Committees dedicated to allowing us to give evidence and testimony before one or both said
committees. Again, since 2005 we have been denied. In 2009, we finally were forced to have an ad hoc
hearing sponsored by one representative. Of course, not being an official meeting, that hearing had no weight
with the MN Legislature because it was not on the official record. From 2005-2009 Republicans blamed the
DFL majority, indicating the rules called for the majority party to appoint Chairpersons and chairpersons had
complete control of the committee agenda. Of course when the GOP had the majority in both houses in 2010 &
2011, nothing changed;Another bit of evidence this citizen cites as proof that there are not 2 major parties in
America, but rather 1 ruling class pretending to be 2 major parties.(You can see some examples of injustices

TO WIT, I FORMALLY DEMAND SUCH A HEARING DEDICATED TO HEARING TESTIMONY AND
EVIDENCE OF SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION IN THE MINNESOTA JUDICIARY BEFORE THE ENTIRE
COMBINED LEGISLATURE HAPPEN BEFORE THE END OF SESSION. This is the 10th Legislative session
anniversary of our/my involvement in such requests. WE THE PEOPLE have waited long enough.
In the interim, your retaliation and the Minnesota Judiciarys retaliation against those of us who dare force this
issue to be redressed, would make the Central Committee and KGB of the former USSR proud. You and your
operatives have destroyed lives, ruined businesses, destroyed careers, fixed cases, fabricated evidence and
done other heinous acts of retaliation in violation of our Natural Law Right to Petition the Government for
redress of grievances without fear of punishment and reprisal as reduced to writing in the 1st Amendment.
Persons have been forced to move out of state and even out of the country as a result of the unconstitutional
and illegal acts of you, the Minnesota Judiciary and your operatives. (For 6 years you have unconstitutionally
and illegally retaliated against this citizen for asking to see financial records that are supposed to be a matter of
public record http://t.co/wrHUZ5jgb0) WE THE PEOPLE demand Judicial TAR(Transparency, Accountability
and Reform.)
It is my position 10 years constitutes a Long Train of Abuses per the Declaration of Independence. Failure to
provide this hearing, shall be cited by myself and others as just cause for WE THE PEOPLE to withdraw our
Consent to be Governed. (Please promptly inform me if I have missed some Simon Says requirement,
especially those brought about by the purposely error inducing rules and protocols you folks have set in place.)
