What makes you distinctive?


Some applications, such as for the Rhodes Scholarship,
require that a separate CV be submitted. Developing a
cv is helpful for other fellowships. For example, the
Marshall and Fulbright applications ask you about your
awards and honors or leadership activities. You can cut
and paste sections of your CV into these application
sections.

It is recommended that students applying to any
fellowship give those agreeing to write
recommendation letter a copy of an updated CV.

Translate Princeton terms like JP, Pace
Center, etc. to terms accessible to a
non-Princeton audience
Your application should be forward-looking.
Do not list high school accomplishments or
SAT Scores
Exception: if you have ongoing participation in
something at your high school
(for example, a high school
