Submission of abstracts: deadline 14 April 2014

Abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in a supplement to ISUOGs official Journal Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology (UOG). By submitting your abstract you agree to transfer the copyright to ISUOG should your abstract be accepted. You will be notified of whether your abstract has been accepted in June 2014. At that time you will be given full details of the timing of your presentation. Abstracts must be submitted online. Submissions will be accepted from January 2014 to 14 April 2014. Click on the call for papers button and follow the submission instructions. Please ensure that you read the instructions provided online carefully before submitting your abstracts.

Recording of presentations
By submitting an abstract, you authorise ISUOG to record your presentation (if accepted) during the 24th World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. All or a portion of presentations, comments, documents and presentation slides presented will be recorded and may be selected for inclusion on the ISUOG OnDemand portal for members and other users. Recordings will run online but will not be downloadable. If you do not wish your presentation to be recorded you will have the option to state this after the acceptance of any abstract.

All delegates and accompanying persons are welcome to attend our popular Congress party. Places will be on a first-come, first-served basis and tickets can be purchased online. Further information coming soon! Please check isuog.org/worldcongress regularly for more details or to join the mailing list.

Amendments to registration
Any amendments to registrations must be submitted in writing to Congrex UK Ltd. There will be no charge for amendments to registrations. Please do not re-submit your registration online.

Registration cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex UK Ltd. Cancellations will be accepted up to and including 10 August 2014, with a refund of all prepaid fees minus a 20% cancellation charge. Refunds after this date will be at the sole discretion of the organisers.

Confirmation and joining instructions

Confirmation of registration will be sent by email to all delegates once payment has been received. Joining instructions will be sent out in August 2014 by email to assist you with your visit to Barcelona. Please make sure to include your email address when registering.

Insurance
Delegates are advised to take out their own insurance to cover personal possessions, travel and cancellation as the Congress does not protect individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings. ISUOG regrets that it cannot accept cancellation requests for individual travel interruption caused by strikes or natural causes.
