 Service and Preventive Maintenance of Airconditioning Units

AirFree Ref and Airconditioning Services agrees to provide all labor,

supervision, materials and equipments necessary to assure performance of
specified undertaking. This shall include all services in written specifications
below. AirFree agrees to furnish such service for the specified period of time.

Any parts and or components subject for repair or replacement is not

incorporated, receipts will be issued separately.

Payment will be collected net 15 days after the issuance of invoice.

The customer reserves the right to extend, expand or renew this proposal
subject to agreement with AirFree Ref and Airconditioning Services.

SCOPE OF WORK

DESCRIPTIONS
Service and Preventive Maintenance of Airconditioning Unit
MONTHLY SERVICE
• Cleaning of air filter and panel
• Visual inspection of structure
• Checking of actual current / voltage
• Check – up of room temperature
• Checking / inspection of abnormal sound and sign of leak at the
system.
• Submission of evaluation report
QUARTERLY SERVICE
• Pull – down of AC units (for window type)
• Cleaning of air filter, panel, condenser, and evaporator fins.
• Check – up / tighten electrical termination and / remote control and
switches
• Greasing / oiling of all rotating motor
• Check – up / inspection of load current / amperes
• Cleaning of drain pan / line, pressuring of motor washer
• Touch – up painting of rusty parts
