Recharge Recap
After Recharge Snow camp, there were also two more ministry weekends. The Resonate ministry team travelled to Goulais River, ON for Winterfest and ministered to 30 youth. Also, WOLBI welcomed Spanish youth groups from the GTA, and about 40 people attended. Three more teens accepted Jesus as their Savior through those two weekends.

Staff and interns are gearing up for guests but space is limited. Also we would love to provide age appropriate childcare. We just need to know how many little ones to prepare for!

working at the West Grey Public Library as the Child & Youth Librarian. In the past year, God has challenged me that I need to go beyond my comfort zone to join His mission for the world. After much prayer and counsel, I have applied to serve with African Christian University (ACU) in Lusaka, Zambia for one year to organize and catalogue items for a new 10,000 volume library and work with students in a discipleship role. I am trusting God that I will have the funds needed to leave for Zambia this April so the library will be ready when classes begin. Admissions Evangelism?!
Many of you remember the crazy days of trying to figure out what to do with your life during the final days of High School. Do you remember being phoned by WOLBI Admissions Staff? Did they encourage you? Pray for you? Disciple you? As we continue to develop a more intensive and intentional ministry mind-set we have realized that we cannot run a typical 'recruitment office.' Admissions, like every other aspect of WOLBI ministry, really is about discipleship as well. Listen to this inspiring email from a young person brought closer to Christ on one of those phone calls yesterday: What an amazing day today was!! I am so glad I became a true christian ... I now fully understand the idea that it is by FAITH not WORKS that we get into heaven :) I understand that I don't have to be perfect and I can come as I am; He sent his ONLY Son for me; that's amazing!!! After we talked today and prayed I felt fresh, new and like a different person. I actually want to serve Him whole heartily, I actually want to live by example, I want to spend time with Him and grow closer to Him. I want my life to represent Christ and live for Him. I WILL carve out that daily time to grow in my relationship :) When I start to falter I can't get stressed or mad I just need to keep praying and working on the relationship! Thank you so much for your support and for the encouragement!! I totally appreciate it :) I have been using my bible app on my phone but I'm planning on getting a real bible to use and I am also gonna dig out some of the devotional books I've been given over the years!! I want to grow and I can't wait to see what GOD does in my life!!" Praise God for the incredible opportunity to bring people closer to Jesus!
