I wasn’t in the team xchange , so I don’t know how it works

Inexperimented of leading a team, I will learn by doing it. I think I will have to divide the tasks
and explain clearly to the members what they have to do.

I really don’t know what big problems we have…

E.2 Describe the biggest challenges in the functional area you are running for? Find
possible solutions!

Find people and stages where they would fit in and make the living of the people coming here
pleasant , I think, are the challenges of the functional area I’m running for and for now I don’t
know what are the biggest problems of the function apart to motivate people here by giving the
most information to the most students

I will try to keep the motivation of the LC.
