To ensure QA/QC personnel (including inspection, welding and NDT disciplines) are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the contract. 4. To ensure the Quality Assurance and Quality Control group is resourced with the correct disciplines, skills, knowledge and numbers to deliver the PMC Package Projects to the requirements of the contract. 5.
