Add the Method of Obtaining Product Documentation on LMT/M2000

On LMT and M2000, you can get the information of downloading documentation packages of the corresponding product version:
1. Get the documentation list LMT: Choose Obtain Documentation List M2000: Choose Help > Obtain Documentation 2. Export .hdxi file LMT: Click Export to export the .hdxi file. M2000: Click Export Selected or Export All to export the .hdxi file

3. Download the documentation Double click the.hdxi file to download the documentation to your HedEx Lite. You can also search the documentation in http://support.huawei.com according to the documentation list, and then download them.

Different users can find guidelines adapted to their levels: Experienced maintenance engineer: can handle alarms by referring only to the alarm handling flowcharts or stem steps. Newcomers: can handle alarms by referring to step-by-step instructions. The engineers can know what spare parts and tools they should carry for onsite handling.

You can get detailed information about the alarm, such as the mechanism why the alarm reported, the impact to the network, etc.
