Fire Alarm System

Fire Hydrant System

We offer a range of FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM and YARD HYDRANTS with all required accessories. Some of the feature of this systems are as follows HYDRANT SYSTEM The Hydrant System comprises of AC motor driven pump sets with all required accessories including valves, instrumentation and controls etc. Complete in all respects. An automatic hydrant system is furnished covering the areas completely from independent.

Pipe work from the fire water pump set. The hydrant pipe work is remaining pressurized through the proposed jockey pump taking care of any leakages in the system pipe lines, valves and fittings. The hydrant system is kept charged by pressurized water at approx. 7 Kg. Cm. Sq. at all times. In the event of fire when any of the hydrant valves in the net work is opened,the resultant fall in pressure system is enabling starting the AC MOTOR driven fire water pumping set through pressure switches automatically. One diesel engine pump shall be standby pump serving hydrant system. Apart from the automatic starting of the pump sets,provision shall be kept for manual starting also. Shutting down of the pump sets shall be manual.

YARD HYDRANTS

Hydrants inside the building is furnished with required accessories such as hose pipes with instantaneous gun metal couplings and g.m branch pipes located in hose cabinets. The hose cabinets is wall / column mounting type, constructed out of 18 gauge mild steel sheets.

The internal hydrants ( Landing valves) is single headed type taken out from 150/100 mm dia riser through suitable reducer. The outlets is gun metal and confirm to IS : 5290. HT Hose reels is firmly held against the wall by suitable heavy brackets and supports. The hose reel is swinging type ( 180 deg.) and the entire Dum reel etc. is as per IS : 3876. The rubber tubing is best quality ( Dunlop ) and the nozzle is 6 mm dia. Shut off type. The equipment shall be out of one of the approved makes

The hydrant main is laid in the form of ring main. The hydrant risers is terminated with air release valves at the highest points to release the trapped air in the pipe work.

Fire Sprinkler System

Sprinkler is thermo-sensitive quarzoid liquid glassbulb burst actuated type and be standard products from an established firm of repute and standing and approved by an appropriate authority for fire fighting duty. It should be imported only. All sprinklers is brass castings polished / chrome OR white (polyester) unless stated otherwise and rated for 12.0 KG/CM2 WG and factory tested for 34.0 KG/CM2. Sprinklers is pendant OR side wall type as specified and shown on drawings. All sprinklers shall be provided with an adjustable OR Rosettes escutcheons finished same as the sprinkler head. Temp. classification of sprinklers in each space shall be as shown on the drawings. Spinklers shall be selected for the coverage shown on the drawings and ordinarily be 15 MM. Wherever the specified sprinkler is not adequate. The tenderes may offer appropriate size required. Tenderers are free to suggest alternatively other suitable sprinklers with its justification.

Water Spray System

We offer our clients a range of water spray system that is manufactured by reputed vendors. These systems find application in various commercial and industrial establishments. We have several types available with us that include systems with G.M/SS type nozzles with stainless steel clamp for quick fixing or unfixing of nozzle. This arrangement helps in cleaning of the nozzles easily without any help of tools. Our water spray systems have sturdy looks and are durable enough to resist the pressure created by the water force.

Hydrant System
Fire hydrant installation consists of a system of pipe work connected directly to the water supply main to provide water to each and every hydrant outlet and is intended to provide water for the firemen to fight a fire. The water is discharged into the fire engine form which it is then pumped and sprayed over fire. Where the water supply is not reliable or inadequate, hydrant pumps should be provided to pressurize the fire mains A typical hydrant installation fed directly from water main and pressurized by fire pumps is shown as below :

The Fire Pump Station comprises of the Jockey Pump, Electric Driven Pump and Stand-by Diesel driven Pump. The pump operation is automatic through pressure switch contacts based on header Pressure in the hydrant network. The delivery of the jockey pump and main pump is connected to the common delivery header. The Fire Hydrant Line is always kept pressurized with water. In the event of any minor pressure drop in the system, the pressure reaches the preset pressure setting for Jockey pump, the Jockey pump will start automatically to compensate the pressure differential. In the event of opening one or more hydrant valve for fighting fire the Jockey pump will not be able to make up this water loss resulting in further pressure drop. When the falling pressure reaches the Preset pressure for main pump, the main pump will start automatically. In case of electric supply failure, stand by diesel engine driven pump will come into operation.

Hydrant Valves
We offer our clients 63mm Single outlet Landing Valve as per IS: 5290 Type A specifications. These ISI marked hydrant valves are available in 75mm NB inlet & 63mm female inst. outlet. These are manufactured by using Gunmetal of IS 318 LTB2/ SS304/ SS316 specifications. Its inlet can be provided in flanged type as per our clients requirement. The outlet is generally female instantaneous and male inst. outlet is available on request. Our hydrant valves are available in size range of 38mm to 63mm.

Wet Riser System

We supply and provide services for high quality wet riser systems. While providing maintenance to the Risers, we conduct an initial physical inspection to check following components :

Co2 Flooding System

Our company supplies flooding systems that are based on Co2 (Carbon Dioxide) gas. Co2 is used in the system due to its high ratio of expansion that facilitates rapid discharge and allows threedimensional penetration of the entire hazard area quickly. CO2 extinguishes a fire by reducing the oxygen content of the protected area below the point where it can support combustion. The extreme density of CO2 assists in permeating the protected hazard area effectively and suppresses the fire. Due to the rapid expansion of the 4-6 inches of CO2 snow to gas, the ambient temperature is reduced in the protected hazard area. This helps in the extinguishing process and retards re-ignition. CO2 is electrically nonconductive and it has no residual cleanup associated with its use as a fire-suppressing agent. The proper ventilation allows the gas to escape to atmosphere after the fire has been extinguished.
