As the body is interconnected by countless meridians& inducing better energy flow at the legs is sometimes necessary to sol,e problems in other parts of the body. Someone with kidney stones or a dull intellect may o,ercome his problem more efficiently if he incorporates this @ancing *rane% exercise.
