Summary of Amendments to Compensation Plan

The following changes to the Compensation Plan take effect on October 1, 2009.
You can find the latest versions of the Compensation Plan Booklet and Summary
by clicking on the Tools tab in the Compensation Plan microsite in your Business
Center.

Below is an at-a-glance summary of the changes.

Health Pack
Previous Amendment
Health Packs had a 700 PV value. They now have a 400 PV value.
Rank Maintenance Requirement
Previous Amendment
No monthly PV requirement to maintain Silver Consultants and higher have a
rank level monthly requirement of 400 PV to
maintain their rank level.
Associate Rank Achievement
Previous Amendment
700 PV qualification requirement. 400 PV qualification requirement
Venture Rank Qualification
Previous Amendment
No PV requirement Of the 2,000 PGV requirement, 400
must be PV
Silver Qualification
Previous Amendment
3 personally sponsored active Ventures 6,000 TOV+3 qualified Venture legs,
+ 6,000 TOV + no more than 3,000 with no more than 2,400 points per leg.
points can come from any one leg
Gold Qualification
Previous Amendment
4 personally sponsored active Ventures 30,000 TOV + 3 qualified Venture legs,
+ 30,000 TOV + no more than 15,000 with no more than 10,500 points per
points can come from any one leg leg
Diamond Qualification
Previous Amendment
3 personally sponsored active Silvers + 125,000 TOV + 4 qualified Venture
125,000 TOV + no more than 80,000 legs, with no more than 45,000 points
points can come from any one leg per leg
Executive Diamond Qualification
Previous Amendment
3 personally sponsored active Golds + 500,000 TOV + 4 qualified Venture
500,000 TOV + no more than 350,000 legs, with no more than 175,000 points
points can come from any one leg per leg
Platinum Qualification
Previous Amendment
3 personally sponsored active Golds + 1,500,000 TOV + 4 qualified Venture
1,500,000 TOV + no more than legs, with no more than 525,000 points
1,000,000 points can come from any per leg

Accelerated Moving Up Bonus
Previous Amendment
Paid out after rank achievement is Paid out over several months as per
maintained over 2 months. “paid-as” rank, and must be maintained
(each rank) over paid-out duration
period. If not maintained, bonus is not
paid out for that month but Consultants
can resume “paid-as” status and collect
pay out for the remaining months
Upline Moving Up Bonus
Previous Amendment
Paid out after rank achievement is Paid out over several months as per
maintained over 2 months. “paid-as” rank, and must be maintained

period. If not maintained, bonus is not
paid out for that month but Consultants
can resume “paid-as” status and collect
