The Goal

YES, A World without oil dependency

Atmosphere weight, emissions, half life in the atmosphere and residence time The earths atmosphere weight in tons is 5.8 X 10^15 US tons (5.3 x 10^15 metric tons). The atomic mass of carbon is 12, while the atomic mass of CO2 is 44. Therefore, to convert from gigatonnes carbon to gigatonnes of carbon dioxide, you simply multiply 44 over 12. In other words, 1 gigatonne of carbon equals 3.67 gigatonnes of carbon dioxide. [From Skeptical Science] Atmospheric CO2 levels are expressed in parts per million by volume (ppm). To convert from ppm to gigatonne of carbon, the conversion tables of the Carbon Dioxide Information Analysis Center advise that 1 part per million of atmospheric CO2 is equivalent to 2.13 Gigatonnes Carbon. Using our 44 over 12 rule, this means 1ppm = 7.81 Gigatonnes of Carbon Dioxide. [This part per million is different from the 5.3 billion tons from the atmospheric weight]

NWO - Elite Committee of 300 (Ref)

Below is the 300 names which make up the NWO/Illuminati Committee of 300. The Committee of 300 is the real world government. I am not sure where this list is from. It is very likely by Dr. John Coleman! How accurate is this list? I have no idea. Some names are IMO correct: Soros, Brzezinski, George HW Bush, K issinger. I cant seem to find any mainland Chinese names, only a few Chinese names from Hong Kong and Singapore. It appears, therefore (if the list is correct), the Chinese do not have any say in the New World Order plan of the western Illuminati. War will come about to conquer the Chinese and merge them into the Luciferian World Government plans.

Multiple smaller satellites, not a few gigantic spacecraft. Improved robustness.

Much smaller rectennas, serving local areas. Reduced ground-based power transport, reduced ground footprint
Reduced initial investment to obtain an operational system.

1) if you are interested in this idea, then you should take a look at the Mirasolar (or Mirasolar) design developed by Dr Fraas [inventor of the triple junction solar cell], here are some web links: http://nextbigfuture.com/2012/03/mirrors-in-space-for-low-cost.html http://jxcrystals.com/solarPV/MiraSolar_Satellite_Concept.pdf

2) In LEO it is not possible to get global coverage from a SSO, because you can only see a small part of the Earth from the altitude of ~1000 kilometres. You can only supply power to the thin strip of the Earth which is near the day/night terminator
3) for a multi-satellite constellation in LEO outside of SSO, to achieve global coverage you need to have thousands of Earth ground stations on day one. For GEO you only need one ground station.

4) the changing line of sight distance and polarization makes the ground stations and the spacecraft much more expensive than for a GEO architecture, i.e. with active steering and adjustable gains. Thank You Charles Radley for in depth research & concerns

Solar Cells

Most Efficient Solar Cells:

Solar cells typically convert no more than 20 percent of incoming energy into electricity, in part because they capture only certain wavelengths of light. Researchers at Germanys Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems have developed a solar cell that converts 44.7 percenta new record. It consists of a lens that concentrates sunlight onto four stacked subcells, each designed to absorb a distinct portion of the spectrum. The team estimates it will take them another two to three years to scale up the 5.2-millimeter prototype for use in solar-power plants.

1. Sunlight passes through a multifaceted lens known as a Fresnel. The lens focuses direct sunlight, delivering the power equivalent of 297 suns to the solar cell below. 2. The first subcell, made from gallium indium phosphide, captures photons from the shortest wavelengths of light. The subcells beneath it contain elements capable of capturing progressively longer wavelengths. 3. Each subcell consists of several semiconductor layers, which create an electric field. As photons enter, they excite electrons, freeing them from the subcell. 4. Once the freed electrons reach the top of the stack, a metal contact funnels them toward an output terminal as a direct current.

The largest such array yet built and will serve as a test bed for a concept known as
Massive MIMO. MIMO, or multiple-input, multiple-output, is a wireless networking technique aimed at transferring data more efficiently by having several antennas work together to exploit a natural phenomenon that occurs when signals are reflected en route to a receiver. The phenomenon, known as multipath, can cause interference, but MIMO alters the timing of data transmissions in order to increase throughput using the reflected signals. The Hylands Power Star incorporates the Antenna Other Options

The agency's research encompasses solar activity, sea level rise, the temperature of the atmosphere and the oceans, the state of the ozone layer, air pollution, and changes in sea ice and land ice. NASA scientists regularly appear in the mainstream press as climate experts. So how did the space agency end up taking such a big role in climate science?

Recently SunPower announced it broke the record for solar cell efficiency for a large area silicon wafers. NREL certified the SunPower cell at 24.2%. I anxiously pulled up one of my favorite solargeek charts, NRELs Best Research -Cell Efficiencies to plot SunPowers accomplishment. The key term in the title of this chart is Research -Cell. By definition a research cell is typically a one off and small (on the order of 1cm2). Researchers at University of South Wales still hold the record for single crystal silicon cells (aka monocrystalline) at 24.7%. SunPowers announced a full-scale solar cell that is a certified record holder for large area silicon wafers. SunPower, you overcame one challenge, making a large cell. This is impressive. I look forward to removing almost from my po st when you announce a new product line manufactured at scale with a 24+% efficiency OR you announce a research 24.8+% research cell.

Part 4 This makes a business case

REF Data

It closes the business case for making 2 cent per kWh power and we know there is plenty of market at that price (TWs) It solves energy, energy security and carbon problems (carbon neutral synthetic fuel for a dollar a gallon) Even at two cents per kWh it makes huge profits

BUTIt is too big to do without major government backing

REF Data

This will back the US Dollar (Fed Res.) for as long as it produces energy! And oil, coal and gas industries will lobby against a real solution. So why should the government consider it?

It costs perhaps 10% of what a war with Iran would cost

REF Data

SDI with the USSR or Russia was/is a losing business. It will be decades before Iran could overwhelm a multi GW propulsion laser and by that time the commercial demand for laser propulsion should be in the tens of GW Cheap power from space removes any legitimate reason to sort out uranium atoms
