Constitution of Humans Vs Zombies (Humans Vs Zombies Club) of Webster University Article I: Name Section 1: The name of this organization

shall be Humans Vs Zombies. Article II: Purpose Section 1: the purpose of Humans Vs Zombies is to encourage student involvement in campus activities and to help promote interaction among campus organizations Section 2: The organization shall enrich a creative and active HvZ culture. This includes hosting and planning a Semester Game of Humans Vs Zombies alongside a team of Moderators designated for said game. Article III: Officers Section 1: Officers serving as the Executive Board shall be President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Moderator Officer Subsection A: President shall over see the meetings and events planned Subsection B: Vice President shall assist the President in his/her duties and shall take over in such situations as the President is unable to fulfill his/her position. Subsection C: Secretary shall keep notes of the meetings and be in charge of maintaining any advertisement/PR for the organization. Subsection D: Treasurer shall maintain the finances of the organization and the each semester Game. Subsection E: Moderator Officer shall be input from the Moderator Team of the each semester Game. Section 2: The terms of office for Executive Board members shall be one year or until successors of such members are appointed. Section 3: Executive Board members must be in good standing with Webster University. Section 4: The Adviser shall be a member of Webster University's faculty or staff. The Adviser has no vote in the organization. Article IV: Membership Section 1: Membership is open to current Webster University students. Article V: Appointment of Officers Section 1: Officers shall be appointed by the previous executive team at the end of the fall semester, and shall Shadow current executive board members for one semester attend 80% of the activities and officer meetings.

Section 2: Emergency Appointment: In the event that an officer is no longer able to fulfill their duties, and must step down from a position (ex. Academic or personal engagements, work, studying abroad) prior to the end of any semester, an officer can be appointed to their position, via an application and interview process, and must be voted on by a majority of the executive board. Section 3: Each executive member in good standing at the time of the appointment nominations shall be granted one vote per office. Section 4: Any officer positions vacated at the beginning of a new term shall be filled by club members nominated by the President and agreed upon by a majority of the Executive Board. . Article VI: Meetings Section 1: Officer meetings will take place at least on a monthly basis at the time and place to be determined by the President. Subsection A: Shadows are eligible to vote in officer meetings. Section 2: Organization meetings will take place on a monthly basis at the time and place to be determined by the executive board. Section 3: Events will take place monthly at a time and place to be determined by the organization Section 4: To remain in good standing and be eligible to vote in officer elections, all executive board members must attend the majority of the meetings held during the year. Section 5: Each Spring and Fall semester there shall be a game of Humans Versus Zombies campus wide open to all current Webster University students, faculty and staff. Article VII: Amendments Section 1: Amendments to this constitution shall be adopted by a 2/3-majority vote of the members present at an officer's meeting following the meeting at which the proposed amendment was introduced.
