If youre a wing player looking to absolutely dominate your position Take defenders off the dribble and finish strong at the hoop Launch long range jumpers and drain shot after shot And simply out-BEAST every other player at your position This workout will get you to that level. The greatest players of all time: Michael Jordan Kobe Bryant Larry Bird Oscar Robertson Had some of the most prolific wing skills on the planet. To get to that level, you need a SERIOUS workout specialized for your exact skill set. This is it. Lets get it.

The Workout

Youll do this workout no more than once per week, as an injection workout add it to whatever program youre currently doing. Do not try to do this workout every single day, every week, all year long it will lose its effectiveness. Remember this is a specialization workout. If youre a wing player, go at it HARD but only once per week. This of this as the icing on the cake to whatever program youre currently doing. Its your slight edge over all of your competitors. So use it strategically, the way we lay out for you. Here it is: 1. The Renegade Warmup + Jumps Complex 2. Tap x 5 trips up and down, Squeeze x 30 total, Slap x 20 total 3. Ball Wraps: 1-2 Wraps x 10 each way (each time you go around 2 legs counts as one rep) BackLeg Wraps x 10 each way, each leg 4. 1 Hand Form Shooting x 10 each hand 5. 2 Ball Pounds (with gloves): Crossovers In Front x 30 1-Cross x 20 Alternating Wraps Forwards x 30 total (15 each hand) Alternating Wraps Backwards x 30 total (15 each hand) Waterfall x 30 each way 6. 2 Hand Backboard Bounce Shots x 15

7. The Finishing Complex *Perform the next 3 drills in a superset no rest between drills 8A. ISO Lunge Drives x 1 each leg, each wing (4 total) 8B. Floor Touch Counter w. Euro Step x 2 each wing 8C. Kobe Triple Combo x 2 each direction ( 4 total) 9. 10 Free Throws *Repeat superset one more time 10A. ISO Lunge Drives x 1 each leg, each wing (4 total) 10B. Floor Touch Counter w/ Euro-Step x 2 each wing 10C. Kobe Triple Combo x 2 each direction (4 total) 11. 10 Free Throws 12. The Multi-V Drill 13. 10 Free Throws 14. The Doubles Drill 15. 10 Free Throws 16. 5 x 20 Shooting 17. 10 Free Throws 18. The Euro-Drill x 1 trip around the circle INSIDE 3 19. 10 Free Throws 20. The Euro-Drill x 1 trip around the circle OUTSIDE 3 21. 50 Free Throws 22. The Renegade Jump Rope Circuit 23. The Renegade Stretching Sequence
