Welded wire mesh for the construction industry with standard dimensions, pitch and diameters as per catalogue. Produced in mesh sheets or rolls.

Malla electro-soldada con dimensiones, mallas y dimetros de los hilos preestablecidos en catalogo. Normalmente son producidas en paquetes o en rollos. Son mallas destinadas a la construccin en general.

Treillis lectro-souds avec une dimensions, de mailles et de diamtres des ls prtablis sur catalogue. Normalement ils sont produits en panneaux ou bien en bobines. Il sagit de treillis destins la construction en gnrale.

Engineered Mesh

Mesh with variable shapes, dimensions and diameters according to the design of the engineer. In this kind of mesh it is possible to have transversally and longitudinally bars of different diameters and lengths, bent bars, openings and windows. The uses for this type of mesh are in the precast industry, residential, industrial or commercial constructions, and for the realization of large public works such as dams, ports, bridges, tunnels, railways, etc

Mallas con formas, dimetros y dimensiones variables segn el diseo del Ingeniero. En esta mallas se pueden encontrar longitudinal y transversalmente hierros de dimetros y longitudes diferentes, hierros doblados, aberturas y ventanas. Son mallas destinadas a la fabricacin, a la construccin residencial, comercial o industrial, a la realizacin de grandes obras como diques, puertos, puentes, galeras, ferrovas, etc.

SRC-AV Welding bench: Roller feed unit allows moving the lengthwise wires forward in relation to the wire spacing set (variable). Banco de soldadura: Grupo de avance de rodillos permite efectuar el avance de los hilos longitudinales en funcin de la malla congurada (variable). Banc de soudure: Groupe davancement rouleaux permet de faire avancer les ls longitudinaux en fonction de la maille programme (variable). Banco de solda: Grupo avano por rolos permite realizar os avanos dos os longitudinais em funo da malha selecionada (varivel).

SRB Welding bench: allows simultaneously welding up to 25 wires of maximum 12 mm in diameter. Forward movement of the sheet is controlled by servo motors that guarantee extremely high pitch accuracy in relation to the wire spacing set (variable). Banco de soldadura: permite soldar simultneamente hasta 25 hilos con dimetro mximo de 12 mm. El avance del panel est controlado por servomotores que garantizan una altsima precisin del paso en funcin de la malla congurada (variable).
