Jesus Time: Joseph Shows Kindness to His Brothers


We see how Joseph gave his brothers the food they needed. God, you
give us many blessings. Help us to show kindness to others, even to those
who are not nice to me.

Joseph Forgives His Brothers


We see how Joseph forgave his brothers. Help us also to forgive those
who do wrong to us. Help us to love and to forgive each other. Give us
peace to know we are forgiven through Christ Jesus.

Homework

Read two books to your child every night.

Count pennies up to 7 cents.

Review the sounds of m, b, s, t, f, and a. Play a memory game with those


letters. Post the letters on the refrigerator or wall and pretend to be a dinosaur. Eat
the letters of the sound mom and dad say.

Look for a, the, can, me, my, at, A, The, Can, At, I, Am in stories that you read.

Look in the refrigerator for tubers, flowers, roots, bulbs, leaves, seeds, fruit (fruit or
vegetable with seed/pit inside), and stalks that we eat.
