ANC also highlighted of various quality issues which are leading to repeated abortive works and wastage of manpower and material. 5 Installation schedule breakup in per day task: ANC asked ETA to meet at site daily morning at 8:30 a.m. to discuss on the planned tasks for the day and next day the work done against planned shall be reviewed. This was suggested to concentrate and close out the floorwise activities for each trade. 6 Fund flow: ANC advised ETA to come back with anticipated cash flow for the balance period till completion which will enable ANC to plan accordingly. D. CONTRACT: ANC raised serious concern on ETA not signing off the contract agreement. To this affect a letter has been sent to ETA on 19/10/2012, which is yet to be replied by ETA.
