WerequirePhp10,000forreservation. 50%mustbesettledtwo(2)monthsbeforetheevent. FullPaymentmustbesettledone(1)monthbeforetheevent. Incidentalchargesmustbesettledrightafterthefunctionin cashormajorcreditcardonly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The HOTEL will serve you up to 10% in addition to the minimum guaranteed attendance or a reasonable number of persons over the maximum as agreed upon between PATRON and the HOTEL. It is understood that additional persons served above the minimum guarantee will be charged accordingly. The minimum guaranteed covers would have to be paid regardless of lesser number of attendees. PATRON hereby agrees that in the event cancellation is made within two (2) months before the scheduled function, all sums paid to the HOTEL shall be forfeited in favor of the HOTEL or if a no deposit agreement has been made, a fifty per centum (50%) cancellation fee based on the minimum guaranteed attendance shall be charged to the PATRON. A 100% noshow charge shall be imposed in case of nonappearance on the day of function. Cancellation shall be effected by means of a formal letter submitted to the HOTEL. Clients agree to pay P10, 000rescheduling fee for every change of function date to cover loss business and expenses of the Hotel.
