Abstract #it! t!e pervasiveness of smart p!ones and t!e advance of wireless body sensor networks $%S&s'( mobile ealt!care $m- ealt!care'( w!ic! e)tends t!e operation of owever( t!e flouris! of m- ealt!care still faces ealt!care provider into a pervasive environment for better !ealt! monitoring( !as attracted considerable interest recently* many c!allenges including information security and privacy preservation* +n t!is paper( we propose a secure and privacy-preserving opportunistic computing framework( called SPOC( for m- ealt!care emergency* #it! SPOC( smart p!one resources including computing power and energy can be opportunistically gat!ered to process t!e computing intensive personal !ealt! information $P +' during m- ealt!care emergency wit! minimal privacy disclosure* +n specific( to leverage t!e P + privacy disclosure and t!e !ig! reliability of P + process and transmission in m- ealt!care emergency( we introduce an efficient user-centric privacy access control in SPOC framework( w!ic! is based on an attribute-based access control and a new privacy-preserving scalar product computation $PPSPC' tec!ni,ue( and allows a medical user to decide w!o can participate in t!e opportunistic computing to assist in processing !is overw!elming P + data* -etailed security analysis s!ows t!at t!e proposed SPOC framework can efficiently ac!ieve user-centric privacy access control in m- ealt!care emergency* +n addition( performance evaluations via e)tensive simulations demonstrate t!e SPOC.s effectiveness in term of providing !ig! reliable P + process and transmission w!ile minimi/ing t!e privacy disclosure during m- ealt!care emergency*
