SENIOR RELIABILITY ENGINEER needed right away

This is a huge opportunity to directly impact sustained improvement across all manufacturing facilities in the areas of reliability and capital projects through predictive maintenance practices and reliability analytics.

This role will work with multiple site leadership and the appropriate capability resources at the division level to develop specific strategic direction, and then lead each execution. The role establishes and plans for all training that will insure all members of the maintenance and reliability departments are aligned with company, plant and department objectives. Your success-reflected resume will reflect solid career growth and added responsibilities, along with activities that are data-driven and based on reliability analytics, detail oriented with engineering and maintenance management experience along with minimum 7 years engineering experience in the high volume/technology manufacturing sector. Process industry experience is a plus. You will be open to traveling with this position travel is roughly 50%-60%. You will be open to relocation relocation may not be needed, but you must remain open. Qualifications: Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma (DMAIC) Six Sigma Black Belt - Certification is desired Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) Departmental Strategic Planning / Business Solutions Team Empowerment & Leadership Re-Engineering Capital Avoidance Business Performance Analysis Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Education, Level of Experience: Design for Reliability Reliability Design Requirements System Reliability Analysis RAM modeling Monte Carlo simulation Collecting Data for Reliability Analytics Failure history codes Data extraction and preparation Using Process Condition to Detect Failure in advance Data Mining Bad Actor Analysis Item & Component Failure Rate Determination MTTF / MTBF Simple Exponential Reliability Evaluation of Maintenance Plans / Strategies Reliability Growth Analysis (Crow AMSAA) Weibull Analysis Cost of Unreliability Advanced Modeling & Prognostics Bayesian Markov Neural networks Similarity Models Proportional Hazard Models Risk Analysis Signature / Authorization levels Life Cycle Cost Analysis Critical Spares Analysis Warranty Statistics MBA Preferred Bachelors Degree required preferably in Engineering or related technical field of study. TPM based educational training a plus. SMRP Certification is preferred CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management System. Extensive Maximo experience is preferred.
