Finding books in the library doesnt have to be hard. You just have to figure out your books call numbers. You can search the online catalog to figure out what your books call numbers are. Heres a link to Sandtown Middle Schools online catalog. http://fcsdestiny.fultonschools.org/cataloging/servlet/presentadvancedse archredirectorform.do?l2m=Library%20Search&tm=TopLevelCatalog
Youll notice all the books in our library have combinations of numbers and letters. Fiction books only have letters. Non-fiction books have both letters and numbers. The numbers come from the Dewey Decimal Classification system.
Oh, I get it! Call numbers are like addresses for the books.
