Richard Davis Justin Hough Thank you to those attending today. We did make some progress into solving this IT application issue, though we do still have some gray areas. :) Based on our loose definition of IT application being that which supports IT business (example, Remedy or Clarity) versus IT tool being that which constitutes infrastructure, monitoring, etc. (example, sFTP), we classified these applications this way. Please note there is follow up for several. Also, we decided those that are truly IT Tools will have no APM listed in SA. For those IT Tools that say done in the follow-up column, the updates are done in SA and will no longer be classified within Philips Corp Admin/IT portfolio (highlighted below). The other applications require some follow-up before updates will be done in SA.

Update: We will also use this 4/14 meeting to make a decision about other applications tentatively labeled as Tools. This is the right audience. If you cannot attend, please let me know ASAP. We need to have some closure on this so the affected applications are identified, onboarded, and owned properly. We will discuss a few apps (< 10) that have been identified under Technology and Corp Admin portfolios and try to reconcile them out in what I hope to be a short discussion. Sorry for those of you that have true conflicts on your calendars. This was the best time I could find. Please let me know if you have a better time.
