A Psalm of David.
27 The Lord is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the defense of my life;
Whom shall I dread?
2 When evildoers came uon me to devour my flesh!
"y adversaries and my enemies! they stum#led and fell.
$ Though a host encam against me!
"y heart %ill not fear;
Though %ar arise against me!
In site of this I shall #e confident.
4 One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek:
That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,
To behold the beauty of the Lord
And to meditate in His temple

He will lift me up on a ro#k
% And now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me,

I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord

men! that they may see your good deeds and raise your 3ather in heaven.
T. What %e set our eyes on determines the amount of light in our #ody. The

%ill #e full of light.

under a #o%l. Instead he uts it on its stand! so that those %ho come in may see the light.
$5 )our eye is the lam of your #ody. When your eyes are good! your %hole #ody also is
full of light. 4ut %hen they are #ad! your #ody also is full of dar,ness. $C +ee to it! then!
that the light %ithin you is not dar,ness.
L. Life is I: =esus and &is LI3B is Light and it is the light of men =n16$7C
=ohn 16$7C Through him all things %ere made; %ithout him nothing %as made that has
#een made. 5In him %as life! and that life %as the light of men. C The light shines in the
dar,ness! #ut the dar,ness has not understood it.

having set her in the center of the court! 5 they Qsaid to &im! *Teacher! this %oman has

for the %or,s of /od to #e dislayed. =esus is The Light of the %orld and
&is %or,s ta,e lace in %hat &e calls *Day-. &is %or,s are ordained #y
