A successful resume = Desired Employment Our group consists of different career fields in which each member of our group interviewed different people from their job fields, and those fields include Criminal Justice, Aviation, and Business Management. In order for us to complete this assignment, as mentioned above we had to come up together to bring our differences and similarities as a group. At the beginning we had a hard time, trying to figure out how we were going to accomplish our goal of interviewing the different managers. Most of the people which we interview took a long time to answer our questions back. In a way for a while we were stuck with no information at all, we were afraid of not being able to accomplish this assignment, since our hiring managers have pretty busy schedules. Since we have different careers, we thought our answers would be completely different. But as we start sharing our interviews, we had discover there are too many similarities in what the hiring managers ask from us, so we can be able to get the desired job from the company each one of us would like to continue working or start working for. Having different career fields makes it a challenge for everyone in the group, since we did not know any information about each other career field. When we had to meet each other, we had different schedules in which sometimes one of us was not able to make it, but we would informed each other what had we done, and what the other member had to do in order to accomplish the goal of sharing the information they have. Working together has brought us new knowledge from different careers and different perspectives about our education.
