I reached hotel at 1 noon. When I reached one associate came and gave me
door assistance from my car. !hen he went without giving any more
assistance. I moved to security area. "ne lady associate was there she greeted
me and asked me to put my hand bags for scanning. I asked her to remove my
baggage from car. #he called that person standing in parking area and asked
to remove bags. $o one escorted me to reception area. When I reached at
reception three people were there engaged in chatting. !hey noticed me soon i
reached. %reeted me and asked for assistance. &r 'mit was there. (e
confirmed my reservation. Welcome drink was offered. &r 'mit confirmed me
the room type asked for me smoking or non smoking room and bed si)e
according to no of person. (e confirmed me room tariff. When I asked him that
tariff is different from online booking. (e informed me that tariff varied
according to time and situation. 'mit also asked me about by 'hmadabad tour
whether it is business or personal. (e gave me a form to fill it. &y id proof was
taken and asked me for mode of transaction. &r 'mit gave me details for room
tariff. I asked him it is inclusive of breakfast. (e denied and said it will cost *++
e,tra. I paid some cash for that no receipt was given. &r 'mit offered me room
key and an internet card and introduced me to a bell boy. $o hotel orientation
was given.
-ell boy &r Irfan escorted me to room. (e gave me lift assistance and took my
baggage to room. (e directed me towards room. .ut the baggage on the
luggage rack and left without giving room description.

it on your own and do not included in bill. (e took the money and left the room
without informing the laundry returning time. 'fter some time he came back
and asked to give more :* rs for ironing the shirt. I said you press the shirt
without informing others and keep this money. (e initially was afraid but finally
agreed. /aundry was returned at *.*: pm. &r lokendra came to return the
laundry items. 'll clothes were cleaned and nicely ironed.

greeted me with my name. I asked for some itmes including one paneer

was special for that day. (e was knowledgeable about food dishes. !hen we
ordered for nan. $o more suggestion or up selling techni0ue was used by the
associate. (e even did not repeat the time order but communicated delivery
time wold be 1+ minutes. 't 9.1 pm &r. 5haval came with the order itmes. (e
greeted me and asked to place the order. (e placed the order but did not name
the dishes before leaving. (e gave me the bill for signing. (e also did not keep
dessert in mini bar. 'lso he did not wish us for a en>oyable meal.

need car for 2 hrs. We need for 1 and half hours so give us some discount. (e
agreed that charge would be 9*+ for 1.* hrs. I asked him don?t included ta, and
take the cash. (e said only :+ rs will be resuce so he denied. I asked him that
we will discuss later. When we returned it was more than 1 hrs travel. I asked
&r Irfan that take rs :++ and don?t make any bill. Initially he said that bill is
already generated. I said him if it can be possible take the cash otherwise leave
it. (e confirmed me that he will informed me later. 't :.+ pm &r Irfan came to
room and agreed to take ;s :++ as cash without charging to room.

We visited restaurant at 9.2* hours. "ne lady associate #ushma was at the
entrance and greeted us. #he en0uired our room no. #he escorted us to a table
for two people. When we seated on a table no body offered us tea. We went
near to buffet items. $obody gave us buffet orientation. 28* types of cut fruits
were avaialbe.2 types of cornflakes were there. (ot and cold milk was
available. 1 types of >uice were there. #outh Indian and north Indians were
there. 6gg items were available on order. 'll buffets items were labelled and in
proper 0uantity. I ordered for a masala utthapam at 1+.+* am. It was served in 4
mins. 'loo paratha was not available in buffet items. When we asked about this
associate asked chef if he can prepare this. 'ssociate informed us that it will
take 1* mins. 'loo paratha served on time.

bill and left the restaurant.

I went to restaurant cafe at 1.2* hours. "ne lady associate was at the entrance.
#he greeted me at the entrance. -ut did not escort me to a table. 'nother lady
associate was arranging table. (e noticed me and en0uired about no of people.

preference. (e also asked me which one i would prefer <'la carte or buffet=. I
asked him to bring a menu and confirmed me the price for buffet. (e offered
me a menu and left. I decided to go for buffet. I went near to buffet area. $one
of the associate gave me buffet orientation. In buffet veg, non veg items were
available. ;ice and noodles were also there. In starter spring roll was ther in
both veg and non veg. 5ifferent types of salads were available. Chat items
were also included in buffet. 5esster included sweets barfi and pastries and
fruit salad.
I asked -humira> to serve soup served on my table. (e served it in 1 minutes.
When i finished soup i went for starter. I saw spring roll. When i was taking
spring roll one chef came and asked me he will serve it on my table after frying
it. It was served after 1+ minutes with chutney and sauce. In buffet @orean
chicken curry and egg noodle was there. -ut @orean chicken curry was in
fewer amounts so i asked chef to full the container. (e full it and and offered
me some amount in a bowl. Water was not filing on time on my table. 6very
time i had to ask for refilling. 1 associates were serving guests but two were
busy in cleaning tables. #o there was a lack of associate i found in the
restaurant. When i finished my meal i asked for my bill to add with my room. &r
-humira> re0uested me to sign the bill. I signed the bill and left the restaurant.

We decided to go for ala8carte. We ordered for one dal makhani one sub)
handi, roti and rice. &r (osiyaar didn?t repeat the ordered nor did he inform us
about delivery time. (e suggested us for mocktail. We ordered for cold drinks
which were served in : minutes. We ordered food at .2* pm. &ain course was
served at .*: pm. &r (osiyar did not offer us dessert. Water was served on
time. -ill was presented in 1 minutes.

We went to restaurant at 1+.+* pm. nobody was at the entrance. We went inside and
started looking for a table. 'fter minutes &r ;ohit noticed us and asked for no of

(osihayar came and en0uired about water preference. Water was offered soon and
beverage menu and main course menu was offered. "ther items like soup,dimsum
salads were in buffet items. &r (oshiyar gave us a buffet orientation for soup dimsum
and chat items. (e served us soup on our table. !wo types of soups were there. #oup
was really tasty. When we finished soup (oshiyar served dimsum on our table with
chutney and sauce. 'fter sometimes &r. hoshiyar en0uired if we would like to taste
chats. It took little bit late near about 1* mins. When we finished (oshiyar served
asian and india appeti)er on table. 'fter that main course was served. Indian items
were served with tondoori roti. &i, veg,palak muttor and paneer was already served
on plates. When we looked at the roti it was tandoori. We re0uested associate we
didn?t ask for tandoori roti and also nobody asked about our preference. !hen &r
#hushil @umar head chef came and apologi)ed for this. ;oti was served after some
time and served plates were changed. &r #husil was en0uiring about food. &r
(oshiyar was very efficiency. (e was very suggestive. Water was not filing on time.
'ssociates were not attentive all times and were engaged in personal chatting. !oo
much noise we heard from kitchen. #ome bread or food particles were lying on floor
near to our table. When we finished main course &r #hushil came and en0uired if we
would like to taste some -iriyani. We denied. (e talked with us for some time and
gave us his visiting card. !here were some dessert items in buffet. %ulab >amun,barfi
and many more. We asked for scoop of ice cream with gulab >amun. &r (oshiyar told
ice cream is not available in shakahari restaurant. #o he brought it from cafe
restaurant. We asked for bill. It was present soon. 'fter signing the bill we asked for 1
diet pepsi. 'ssociate offered us diet coke and did not charge. When we asked they
said it was complementary. !hey thanked us and wish us good night.
