a pivotal role in the firms exponential growth.

installations, supporting modules from nearly every photovoltaic manufacturer. SunLink has been the
chosen solution on more than 200 MW of projects spanning over 1,000 sites across North America.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager will direct activities related to the delivery and construction of mounting systems
for solar PV projects, including shipping logistics, management, and coordination amongst numerous
teams in order to achieve overall job success and owner satisfaction.

The Project Manager will support and assist SunLink sales team, operations, engineering, and customers
throughout the project life cycle, particularly following the booking of a Sales Order. The Project
Manager will be responsible for performing administrative duties, as needed for specific projects, in
addition to the responsibilities listed below. This position reports to the SVP, Director of Sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of implementing solar power projects.
Direct pre-construction services and activities.
Support sales effort during phase of final engineering/pricing of solar power projects.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, timeline, and/or cost.
Provide logistical support to SunLink's customers and their consultants.
Maintain timely and accurate reporting inputs to ERP and CRM systems.
Demonstrate ability to successfully manage multiple projects in various phases of project
development: design, procurement, shipping, and construction.
Be the single point of contact, for the customer, engineering, operations, and sales for the
duration of the project from post-sale to completion
Review contract conditions and ensure compliance with all contract terms.
Prepare and review project documentation (drawings, specifications, calculations, change
orders, etc.) to ensure accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year college or university, preferably in
a technical discipline. It is understood, however, that education, while important as an indicator
of character, intellectual ability and achievement, will be subordinate to personal qualities and
professional accomplishments as variables in the selection process.
One to two years of business experience, at least half of which should have come in a project
management or project coordinator role.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints
from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to
effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients,
customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
geometry.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished
in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be Fluent in MS applications; experience
with AutoCAD, Epicor ERP, and SugarCRM applications a plus..

The individual must also have an in depth understanding of software development and concepts
such as database architecture and programming.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Effective interpersonal skills, experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment.
Extreme attention to detail, ability to process tasks through established procedures.
Affinity for processes and procedures
Excellent customer relation skills, including professional oral and written communication
skills.
Solar industry experience is a plus.
