Padahastasan - (Legs hand pose) It is a simple but invigorating position ,in which the

joints are mobilized and the brain is supplied with on increased amount Of Blood . This
asanas increases height, increases memory power and reduce excessive fat.

Technique: Stand erect .Keep the heels close together ,slowly bend forward at the
waist ,keep the knees stiff and firm , the leg should not bend at knees . hold this position
for 10-20 secs. Strengthen your body as before with hands together bythe side of the head
and grip the heels with palm from behind.

Increase Digestion Power and Control

Paschimottanasana has many advantage , Infact every asanas has its effect and advantage
in yoga but” has its own importance as it increases digestive power and removes loss of
appetite,The kidneys, liver pancreas and abdominal muscles are stimulated, It gives relief
from piles and diabetes.,The legs are stretched to their fullest toning up the hamstring ,It
is a good antidote for backache and back problems.This asana removes surplus fatty
tissues from the waistline.,It massages the abdomen and its organs and aids digestions.,Its
good for those with low blood pressure.,It especially good for ladies as it reduces excess
fat and develops a graceful figure,Advocated for controlling repeated hiccups and
asthmatic attacks,and many other problems.To know how to do this asansas follow below
technique.
Technique -Lie flat on your back on the carpet. Make sure the knees are also flat and
pressed to the ground. Let the hands lie alongside the body. Relax the body completely.
Now, slowly lift yourself to a sitting position. Bend forward and clasp the big toe of each
foot with your index and middle finger .There should be absolutely no strain or under
force. Bring down your head so that it touches the knees. Do not raise your knees to the
ground and straight. Remain in this pose for about 5 seconds. Gradually release your grip
on the toes and return to the supine position. Repeat 5 and 6 times. This Asana cannot be
done the first time. Each step must be gradually followed and only after some months`
practice will you are able to assume the full pose.

Note – People with Slipped discs and those suffering from sciatica, chronic arthritis and
sacral infections should not perform this Asana

Chakrasana Increase Height and Increase


Memory Power
Chakrasana: Through this asana as aspirant can made his spine quit
elastic. Elasticity of the spine preserves youth of a very long time. This asana increase
height and increase memory power and excess fat also reduces.

Technique: Lie flat on the back. Draw the legs until the heels are closed to the hips and
soles touch the ground. The gaps between the legs should of 4- 7 inch. Bend the arms and
elbows and place them on the ground on either side of the head then breath normally 10-
2 secs.

Ustrasana : ( Camel pause ) –This asanas increases height , flexible backbone and
asthma and tonsil problem also cures . It improves Eye sight by Increases blood-flow to
the brain
Technique : Knee on the ground as in bajrasana keeping the distance of about 15 cm
between the knees between the heels , breeth deeply ,hold the right ankles firmly with the
right hand and left ankle with left hand phaise the arm and take them behind the neck ,
breathing the normal way hold this position 10- 15 secs . repeat this asanas 2 Times A
Day

Sasangasana: This asana increase the height.This asanas flexible backbone.This asanas
reduce excess fat stored at stomach .

Technique: Sit on your heels vajrasana Grip the heels by palm, with thumbs outside.
Bend forward and place the forehead in between the knees, the vertex will touch the
ground. Raise the buttock and roll forward till the arms are straight fully. Retain the
position for 15-20 secs.(with normal breathing)
