structure of an enterprise organization.

Company code is a legal entity and independent accounting system.
Sales organization is the highest organizational unit that exist in the Sales and distribution Module.
Distribution Channel is an organizational unit in Sales and Distribution which represents the way in
which the sales materials reach the customer.
Division represents a product line.
Assignment of plant with sales organization result in the integration of Material Management Module
with Sales and Distribution Module.

different business processes. Depending on the nature of the business process! these sales documents
are selected for carrying out the sales and distribution process in the system. $asically the sales
document controls the behaiour of the process in the system. Standard order is the sales document
type predominantly used in most of the scenarios and it inoles fixed deliery dates and is used for
inoiced sales. $ush order%Cash sales are used where the customer need the material immediately.
%noices may or may not be created for this #ind of sale immediately. Free o& charge type is used
where the goods are issued freely and no inoice is generated for that. $eturn order is basically used
to ta#e care of the goods that are supplied from your company but sent bac# by the customer due to
some reasons. &onsignment type is used where a company stores its material in the customer location
and inoices them as and when the customer consumes it. Credit or debit memo re'uest is used where
the customer has to be credited or debited due to some discrepancies.
