We had to get an income certificate for my brother admission to the college.

When
the people came for inquiry they asked for bribe,we were in hurry to get the ce
rtificate as the date of admission was approaching. So despite being reluctant I
paid them bribe and felt really bad about it. honesty is best trait for any ind
ividual to have on , but there might be certain situations where it has to be co
mpromised.
Hard working,calm and compost, helpful.
By prioritizing the things and assigning the time table I try to manage time and
stress.
We were working on a project on power hacksaw. After spending some days on it, w
e were not able to conclude the cause of its malfunction.So our team decided to
give up the project, but I resisted to give up. I felt the there was no point on
wasting some more time on taking up new project. I encouraged them that we have
achieved little bit success and if we will carry it forward we will definitely
be able to solve it. There is nothing like impossible and thing is we are just n
ot able to hit the right thing and if once we will do that everything will fall
in place.
I was working on a project to develop gas room heater. For working on that I nee
ded some glass and aluminium strips. If i would have brought them from market it
would have been to expensive. So I went to scrap room in fitting workshop took
used material from there, modified it and used it for my project.The whole proje
ct was completed in very less expenditure than what was stipulated.
For a beginner salary is not the thing for which he should aim for.He should foc
us on achieving a platform form where he can learn,get exposure, build up skills
and can take ahead his career. Salary is a secondary thing. I feel that better
environment to work and learn can compensate the salary.Being new to industry I
won't be able to comment on my worth, this difficult work should be left for rec
ruiter.

I don't easily share my feelings with people. So currently I am working to overc
ome introvertism.
I was discipline secretary in our college fest. There erupt certain issue betwee
n security volunteers and core team senior member.Those volunteer as they belong
ed to my team came to me and described the scene, senior pushed and abused them
and they were only performing their duty.Those volunteer threatened to back out.
I consoled them and gave them assurance of resolving the issue. I went to that s
enior and he had a different story to tell, I confronted him with those voluntee
rs and found out the truth and made him say sorry to volunteer by showing him hi
s mistake.The issue was finally resolved.It was really tough to bring both the s
ides to an agreement.
After the above said incident of fest, the volunteers lacked the will to work.Be
ing their leader it was my responsibility to raise their spirits.I showed them t
he bright side of being an security volunteer.I made them realize that everyone
can't handle that responsibility and they were special.This filled them with ent
husiasm.
***I become more responsible and independent.I started perceiving the things and
my focus to achieve them improved.
I was captain of volleyball team.Once looking into formation of opponents, I dec
ided to change our rotation policy but my team disagreed to it.Thinking it to be
need of the hour, I asked them to follow it. But out of my expectations we lost
the match and whole blame was put on me and my decision.But the reason behind t
he loss was that our opponents played very good and we too bad.
***reward of success and fear of loss motivates me.
This kind of situation arises a lot while managing fest.In such situations first
of all I try and introspect myself that whether my opinion is correct or not.Th
en I keep my point of view forward and try to resolve the issue by discussion.
I currently want to join some reputed organisation which will give me opportunit
y to learn and explore things, the organisation should be such that adds on to m
e too as I will work on adding into organisation.In few years time I would like
to establish myself there and reach certain respectable position of responsibili
ty.There should be no dearth of opportunities in the organisation.
In a global environment where the Internet provides customers with instant acces
s to information about price, quality and service, business owners and executive
s need access to competitive intelligence tools. With the information learned fr
om competitive intelligence, marketing programs could be created to not only rea
ct quickly, but also anticipate a competitors moves in the market.
Competitive intelligence gathering refers to the process of defining, analyzing
and distributing knowledge about products, customers, and competitors with the a
im of helping executives and managers with strategic decision-making for an orga
nization.
I think the aspiring minds is a great organisation, I admire their working sense
. Thats the sort of company Id like to be in. I really enjoy working with people,
helping them find things,I have noticed this while working in college fest.I am
good at handling pressure and work load.Its really important to me to be polite
and friendly, when I worked in the fest I tried to manage everything with smile
and politeness. I feel that I should take ahead my new found passion as a carrie
r.
