- Free air delivery: 375 500 cIm

- Working pressure: 7.0 9.0 bar

Otherwise, the air compressor shall equip with Iilter set Ior liquid and oil separation.

8. Pigging Operations
This is a procedure to run a pig and monitor the amount oI material received at the receiving
traps.

Once the hydrostatic test is completed, the Iirst run with plain Ioam pig should be made to
swab up any residual water in side the pipeline. The pig will be pushed through the pipeline by
compressed air. The air compressor shall be capable oI running the pig at a speed oI at least
0.5 1.0 m/s average. This pig shall continue to be run until it ceases being eIIectiv e as
monitored at the receiving trap.

The next step is generally to remove any debris, rust and mill scale that may have settled out oI
hydrostatic test water. This is achieved by running Ioa m pig equipped with Iine steel wire
brushes on a continuous basis until they are received without any material packed into the
received without any material packed into the receiving trap.

II it is nec essary to r emove all loose material including the very Iine dust which may remain
inside the pipeline, then more plain Ioam pig shall be run. Again, they would be run
continuously until they are cleaned condition.
