Revolutionary approach to men’s ministries creates a stir and unique option in men’s movements.

Agoura Hills, CA — November 1, 2009 — No newcomer to thinking outside the box, Art Hobba has
straddled has straddled the worlds of both ministry and business, first as a Pastor for 12 years and over 25
years as an entrepreneurial business leader in Southern California.

His heart and core passion, however, has always been is in teaching and developing men as Servant
Leaders and Disciples of Jesus Christ. Art has long recognized that men aren't the churchgoers that women
are yet, is adamant in his belief that discipling men is a critical element to the successful involvement of
children within the church, as stated by a “Focus on the Family” Study that if a father is a committed
Christian and churchgoer, there is a 93 percent probability everyone else in the household will follow.

Art has set out to build upon the recognition of more and more men that success in business, achieving all
their goals, and making huge amounts of money are not going to satisfy them and to catalyze men into
significant ministry to others in a way that connects real human need with their gifting, their passion and
the practical presence of Jesus Christ.

As Core 300 Men’s Ministries, what began as a single message has evolved into a revolutionary and totally
new approach to men’s ministries movement that is being introduced to churches, small men's groups
and denominations across the nation calling men out from their role of spectator in the stands, and into the
arena as warrior-disciples and servant leaders.

Inspired by what God did to transform the lives of these men who have taken up this challenge his new
book “Called to War, Out of the Stands and into the Arena" is the first book in a series of men’s
curriculum, developed by Art Hobba. This first session builds men’s faith by taking men through a “boot
camp” experience, modeling the life of Gideon, his calling, his worship, his courage, his leadership and his
victory. The session culminates with complete exposition on the Armor of God in Ephesians 6, the
dimensions and strategies of spiritual battles and a military style conveyance ceremony of the Core 300
Armor of God Coin. The Warrior curriculum also includes an online DiSC Assessment which measures
behavioral styles to help the discipleship process and those in a small groups gain deeper insight into how
they, and others, are uniquely “wired” by God.

As you read this book, what unfolds is not a program, but a divine movement that defines essentials of
servant leadership opened to you as you never imagined. It has rippled and in a remarkably short time has
mentored groups of pastors and organizations around the country spanning far beyond the initial effort.

Aside from his role as the Director of Core 300 men’s ministries, Art Hobba is a published author of
SELLER Selling, (a universal 6 step sales process) Founder, and Director of and CEO of Transcende
(www.transcende.net), a popular, entertaining and inspiring Keynote Speaker to Sales Teams, Military
