b) In case seats are unavailable for the selected course, participants will be offered an opportunity to participate in
the next training session for that program.
c) All programmes are conducted on a 'best effort' basis. Programmes are subject to cancellation or postponement due
to unforeseen circumstances or lack of sufficient enrolment. L&T reserves all cancellation rights of the training
program and will not be responsible for any consequential losses.

e) Participants are expected to make their own arrangements for lodging and boarding.
