EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT
PROGRAM ORIGIN

Introduction.
In Pakistan, the career-counseling path is still extremely misaligned. While
most universities and colleges have career counseling dept., there are not
enough qualified counselors available adequately trained in both personal
dynamics and macro economics trends to provide intelligence inside to
students. The govt. itself has only recently awoken to the importance of
nurturing qualified employment through the education process has started
making steps in the right direction.
‘Pakistan Economist Feb-5 – 11, 2007’

There are plenty of jobs available in today’s growing economy of Pakistan…but very few
job seekers realize that placing yourself a job with the employer of choice has less to do
with the stroke of luck and more with how your approach the opportunity.
Whether a fresh graduate or an experienced executive few of us know the tactics of
customizing resumes, networking in order to find the right opportunity, interview skills
and salary negotiation skills...we blame our lack of knowledge to the fact that employers
only hire through strong references…completely disregarding the fact that finding the
right job is a science that could be learned…
This course has been designed to educate the job seekers whether fresh graduates or
experienced candidate in the art of landing you the right job in the right organization. It
offers powerful insight and much needed practical role plays for dealing with the
intimidating realities of finding a job online.

The facilitator’s depth of knowledge on the subject pinpoints the issues and offers
meaningful solutions toward successful career placement. Whether you are trying to
land your first job or looking to take another step up the career ladder, this course will
give you all the guidance you need to win your dream job.
