Thelocations arein JammuRegion, Srinagar Region andLehRegion. b)These transmitters shall be based on the latest technology and shall have provisionfor remotemonitoring, remoteoperationandremote Control. c)The TV transmitters are to be supplied as a complete system including input, monitoring and measuring equipment, liquid cooling system, UPS, isolation transformer, AVR, interconnecting cablesetc. d)'Transmitter System' includes Transmitter alongwith its associated equipment suchas liquid cooling system, dummy load, RF rigid lines, RF coaxial switch, Input, monitoring andmeasuring Equipment, UPS, isolationtransformer, AVR, interconnecting cables etc. e)A list of items/equipment which is treated essential for completeness of the system is provided with these specifications in Annexure-I. Input and monitoring equipment with pre-wired racks. 3. Essential eligibility criteria for bidder a) The bidder should be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of TV Transmitter or t4eir authorized representative/dealer. b) TheOEM of thetransmitter must have anexperience of manufacturing and supplying UHF Analog TV transmitters of not less than lOkW power output for at least last 10years as on 31.12.2012. Documentary evidence to support this must beprovided. TheOEM must provide thedetail of past supply record inthe format given below inPara 3(c) for last ten years for at least 40no. of suchTransmitters, alongwith copies of orders for supply of at least 10nos. of suchTV transmitters. c) The Transmitter OEM should have at least three years' experience of upgrading the Analog Transmitter, on 31.12.2012, for DVB-T2 operation by suitably addingDVB-T2 modulator, softwareetc, to deliver at least 5kWDVB- T2Power. Documentary evidencemust besubmitted withtheoffer OR The OEMs must have at least three years' experience of manufacturing and supplying of DVB-T2 transmitters, on 31.12.2012, of at least 5kW DVB-T2 power, to broadcasters or broadcast network operators. Documentary evidencetosupport this must beprovided. e) Thebidder must havehis local office/authorized representative/dealer in DG:DD/TxD/10kW /2012/EV / Page 5 of 68 Page 6 of 68 India for after sales service and support. The local office/authorized representative/dealer will be the nodal point for resolving issues related to testing and commissioning at site and after sales service and support. Any moduleof transmitter or other equipment requiring repairs will behanded over to local office/authorized representative/dealer that will arrange repairs locally or export the defective modules to OEM's factory and re-import after repairs. However, during Guarantee Period, it would beresponsibility of local office/authorized representative/dealer tocollect themoduleof transmitter or other equipment requiring repairs from the site themselves. It is the responsibility of local office/authorized representative/dealer to arrange the repair/replacement of faulty items. The cost of transportation, repairs etc. shall bebornebythebidder duringtheGuaranteeperiod. f)The OEM of the offered TV Transmitter must have his own local office or its representatives/dealers in India for after sale service and support. After salesservicesupport for therepairs/maintenance of transmitter systemafter the completion of guarantee period, shall alsobeprovided bytherespective OEMs of the transmitter and other allied equipment either directly or through their representatives/dealers in India. A certificate as per Annexure III, on their letterhead, in this regard duly signed by the respective OEMs must be submitted with the offer. 4. General Requirements for completing the offer a) The bidder will attach all relevant technical documents in English like 'offered bill of materials with quantity, unit, make and model', Technical pamphlets, manuals, data sheets, drawings, block diagrams, photographs etc. of all equipment offered with the transmitter systemthat are essential to evaluate the offer for technical suitability with reference to DD specifications. A copy of the Installation manual, Operation and maintenance manual must beenclosed with technical bid for assessing the Transmitter system. The transmitter shall be installed by Doordarshan as per theinstructions givenintheinstallation manual. Theinstallation manual and the operation &maintenance manual must include at least the details giveninsub-paras (b) and(c) below: b) The installation manual must describe the following information: i. A suggestive floor equipment layout plan drawing with dimensions in meters for installation of the TV transmitter systeminatransmitter hall withall alliedequipment. 11. Diagram showing the isometric view of TV Transmitter and allied equipment with dimensions in meters are to be provided. 111. All installation drawings with dimensions in respect of all suppliedequipment aretobeprovided. IV. All mechanical assembly drawings of the TV transmitter s~m Wit~dimensions aretobeprovided. Typical installation drawings with dimensions of heat exchanger aretobeprovided. Vlll. Thedetails of unpacking aretobeprovided. IX. A detailed write up in English regarding installation of TV Transmitter systemalong with its associated equipment items shouldbeprovided. x. The procedure of alignment and adjustment of various assemblies & sub-assemblies of TV Transmitter such as Exciter, PA, Control Circuit, output stage etc. should be described in detail with practical example in the installation manual. Xl. All Do's and Don'ts which are essential for safe installation of theTransmitter Systemshould bedescribed intheinstallation manual. X11. An inter-wiring diagram for all equipment installed in the input &monitoring rack must alsobeprovided inthismanual. c) Operation and Maintenance Manual must describe in it the following information: 1. General description of transmitter, transmitter block diagram/ Schematic drawings indicating the details of different blocks, modules and redundancy incorporated in transmitter and its subsystems. 11. General description andstructural overview of theTransmitter racks and Pump Racks indicating the position of different modules, units, power distribution etc. front andrear, top, side (open) views of thetransmitters rack withdimensions. 111. Description of Transmitter interlocks, protections under abnormal conditions and schematic drawing indicating interconnections to different transmitter units, external units andaccessories likedummy load, changeover switches, reject loads, cooling pumps etc. which are wired in Transmitter interlocks. Vlll. Details andSchematic drawings of liquidcooling systemwith description. IX. The operating manual should have description regarding various interfaces, connectors, connecting cables and accessories required for the satisfactory function of the TV Transmitter. XX111. A complete list of all parts/transistors/ICs VLSI/ Components used inthetransmitter must beprovided inthis manual. XXIV. The names and number (type) of LDMOS/MOS devices based on latest Technology used inthe power amplifier must beclearly mentioned. xxv. Technical data sheet of all high power RF devices/RF components usedinthetransmitter. XXVI. All details of putting "ON" thetransmitter, with thesequence of operation of theTransmitter for switching ON. XXVll. Procedure for changing the frequency of operation of the transmitters. XXV111. Procedure for operating the transmitter on low power upto 6 dB belowratedpower. XXIX. Thedetailedprocedure andpossibilities of By-passing control circuit withdiagrams. xxx. The description of manual operation of control system and cooling system. XXXI. General description of electrical power distribution and schematic drawing of power supply system used for the transmitter system. XXXll. All Do's and Don'ts which are essential for safe Operation & Maintenance of the Transmitter should be described in the Operation & Maintenance manual. XXXllI. The various test and measuring equipment required and essential for the routine maintenance and calibration along with the procedure for taking such measurement should be provided inthemanual. XXXIV. Various test fixtures and accessories required for the maintenance/ repair of the TV Transmitter should be clearly described inthismanual. xxxv. The detailed procedure for trouble shooting of the TV Transmitter preferably up to component level should be described inthemanual. DG:DD/TxD/10kW j2012jEV j Page 9 of 68 XXXVI. The systematic trouble shooting/fault tree and flow diagram should be provided for diagnosis of the faults with their remedial measures inthismanual. XXXVll. The routine maintenance schedule for the transmitter should alsobedescribed inthemanual. XXXVlll. Soft copies of the above manuals must also be submitted alongwith theoffer. XXXIX. The Transmitter OEM must ensure that all the details required in (i) to (xxxvii) mentioned above are included in the literature provided with the technical bid both in hard as well as soft copy. 5. Delivery The complete set of the 'transmitter system' with all allied equipment as per BOM given inAnnexure I isto be delivered ingood condition at each of the three sites mentioned inTable 1. It will bethe responsibility of the bidder to ensuresafedelivery of all theequipment at eachof thesethreesites. 6. Guarantee a) Therespective manufacturers shall guaranteethesatisfactory working of all the equipment of the Transmitter System, for twenty four months fromthedateof completion of acceptancetest at siteor for thirty months fromthedateof receipt of last acceptedconsignment at sitewhichever is earlier. Any defect/ failureof any component, module, assembly of any equipment and its non-performance during this period is to be set right by the bidder/ manufacturer(s) free of cost and the repaired/replaced item(s) tobedeliveredat thepremises of theconsignee. b) A Guarantee certificate, as inPara 6(a), fromthe respective OEMs on their letter heads, for the third party bought equipment/items offered withthetransmitter system, must alsobeattached withtheoffer. c) Any Future upgrade of software or Software updates for all the equipment (such as Transmitter, all input, monitoring, measuring and allied equipment etc.) within twenty four months of commissioning of the Transmitter Systemor for thirty months fromthe date of receipt of last accepted consignment at sitewhichever isearlier shall be available free of cost to Doordarshan. Backward compatibility of the software must alsobeensured for that equipment/item. d) Any module/Assembly/ Sub Assembly of the transmitter systemor the power supply system failing during the guarantee period shall be repaired/replaced freeof chargebythebidder at site. Thetransportation charges if any shall be borne by the bidder. Guarantee period of that module/Assembly/ Sub Assembly would be extended corresponding to DG,DD!TxD!10kW!2012!EV! ~ ~ Page10 of 68 -.... theoutageperiod, if therepair/replacement of thefailed itemtakes more than 30days. 1. DD will intimate the fault to the OEM or its authorised representative/dealer or local office/authorized representative/ dealer of the bidder, who will deploy the staff at site within 3 days andattendthefault withinaweek. 11. In case it is not possible to repair the defective unit/module at site, the above mentioned nodal office will provide the replacement unit/module toensurethecontinuity of theservice. 111. In casethe unit is to besent to the OEM for repairs, it has to be repaired andfittedback within30days of intimation of fault. 7. Maintenance support/spares a) The minimum recommended essential spares (like modules of PA, Power Supply Modules or any other critical spares suggested by the OEM), required to maintain the continued service of transmitter in a reliable manner, shall bequoted separately bythesupplier positively. b) The minimum, recommended essential spares may be based on predicted rateof failureandrequirement for threeyears. c) The manufacturer shall also give a certificate attached with the offer to supply maintenance support and all spares during the lifetime of the TV Transmitter. The life of the TV transmitter must be certified by the manufacturer. Thelifeof transmitter shouldbemorethan Tenyears. d) The bidder must also attach with the offer the certificates to supply all spares, installed softwares and software updates for providing maintenance support during the lifetime of all the input, monitoring and all other auxiliary items/equipment offeredwiththetransmitter system. e) The lifetime of all other major items such as measuring Equipment, UPS, AVR etc. must alsobeprovided bytherespective OEMs. 1) The maintenance support of each equipment/items/ allied equipment supplied is to be ensured by therespective OEMs. Duly signed necessary certificates inthis regard areto beprovided by the respective OEMs only ontheir letter heads. g) In case the bidder quotes the optional items as 'a set', the details of the components/items offered in the 'set' must be spelt out clearly including their Model Nos. and quantity, failing which the tender is likely to be rejected. h) Thespares shall betreated asoptional items andthecost of spares shall not betaken intoaccount whiledecidingthelowest bidder. i) In addition, the bidder shall provide, in the following format, the address and contact information for after sales service and support of all the DG:DD/TxD/IOkW /2012/EV / Page11of 68 equipment including the third party bought out equipment or at least for IRDs, 4.8 M PDA, Audio-Video Switcher, Audio Analyser, Test Pattern generator, WPM, VDA, ADA, RF Analyser, Broadcast Power Monitor, Dummy Load, RF Co-axial switch, UPS, Battery Bank, Isolation Transformer, AVR that are to be supplied with the transmitter system as part of input, monitoring, measuring or allied equipment. The address, contact details of local office/representative, details of technical staff, their qualification and experience etc. must be provided with the offer. b) In case any item of transmitter system requires repairs at works/factory, the same would be handed over to local office /Representative/Dealer of OEM/bidder in India, who would arrange export of the item to works/factory and re-import inIndia after repairs. c) After sales service and maintenance support of the transmitter should be available in India through the local office/Representative/Dealer even after the guarantee period is over and throughout the life of the transmitter as certified by the OEM. d) Copy of Agreement! MoU signed inthis regard between OEMs and their local representative/dealer must be submitted with the offer. 9. Training at OEM'sWorks a) A proposal should be attached with the offer for training on operation & maintenance, installation and testing of the offered TV transmitter to five Doordarshan Engineers at Transmitter Manufacturer's works for 5days. b) The training programme will be structured so as to cover theory of operation Maintenance, Practical demonstrations of circuits, Maintenance demonstrations, Fault finding, Circuit Tracing exercises, Part Replacements, installation and testing of the offered TV Transmitters. c) Two sets of training lecturers notes, schematic drawing, hand book etc. shall be supplied to DDG(E) (Transmitter Design), DG: DD also. d) The offer shall include training fee only (To &Fro air fare, per diem, lodging, boarding charges etc. for DD Engineers shall be borne be Doordarshan and are OG,OO/TxO/10kW/2012/EV/ V~ Page12 of 68 '- not to bequoted.) Thecost of training shall beincluded inthe essential items ofBOM. 10.Training at Site a) OEM(s)' representative(s) shall offer one day trammg on operation and configuration of Transmitter Systemat siteafter siteacceptance test. b) Two setsof training lecturers notes, schematic drawing, handbook etc. shall be suppliedtoDDG(E) (Transmitter Design), DG: DDalso. e) Training fee quoted by the bidder shall include all charges like training fee, travel, boarding, lodging and local transport charges for deputing the OEM expert(s). DD shall bear all touring expenses of DD engineers deputed for training and the same is not to be included by the bidder in their offer. The training feeif any shall beincluded intheessential items of BOM for deciding lowest offer. d) The training shall cover theoretical concepts, demonstration of features, Software, Configuration of Transmitter units, operational & maintenance instructions, fault finding, circuit tracing, component/ module replacements, trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and other relevant topics etc. related tothe0 &M of thetransmitter. e) Training material in hard and soft copies is to be provided to each DD engineer undergoing theabovetraining. 11.Inspection a) ATP: A copy of ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) must be submitted by the bidder with the offer. ATP should describe the standard testing procedures and the details of test benches for carrying out measurement etc. for the offered transmitter. The test reports will not be treated as ATP. The OEM only shall prepare theATP for their product being offered. TheATP shall be approved by Doordarshan after necessary modifications if required. The approved ATP shall be sent back only to the successful bidder and is to be used for inspection of transmitter by two DD Engineers at OEM's works beforedispatch of theTransmitter. b) Thebidder has to intimate DD for inspection andtesting of theTransmitter, at least eight weeks in advance when the equipment are likely to be ready for inspection. Inspection periodwill bethree days for each transmitter. c) The bidder shall quote inspection fees only in his offer excluding the expenditure for DD inspectors on To &fro airfare, per Diem allowances, lodging, boarding charges etc. which shall be borne by Doordarshan. The inspection feeif anyshall beincludedintheessential items of BOM. d) Incase, inspection at OEM's works isnot carried out, the transmitter shall be accepted on the basis of Factory test report, duly signed and stamped on the letterhead of the OEM, provided by theOEM of thetransmitter which should reachthesitealongwith thetransmitter. e) All other associated equipment, items andaccessories will beaccepted onthe basis of OEM's Test Certificates (asper DD Specification) duly signed and DG:DD/TxD/lOkW /2012/EV / Page 13 of 68 stamped onthe letter head of theOEM, failing which Test Certificates will be considered incomplete and equipment offered by the firm is liable to be rejected. All thetest certificates shouldreach thesitealongwith therespective equipment. 12.Testing and Commissioning at site: SiteAcceptance Test (SAT) a)Thetransmitter systemshall beinstalledbyDoordarshan asper theinstructions contained in the manufacturer's installation manual. DD will intimate the bidder whenthe installation of the transmitter system is completed, giving them three weeks' time for completing travel formalities etc. The representative of Transmitter OEM shall visit the site for site acceptance test andcommissioning. Thetesting andcommissioning shall becompleted within 7days. b) For this purpose complete SAT Procedure will be prepared by the OEMlbidder inrespect of transmitter systemandthepower supply systemand shall be submitted for the approval by DD. The endurance test of each transmitter shall also be part of SAT. The test procedure shall indicate full details of test set upand equipment required during theAcceptance Testing at thesite. All thetest equipment needed for siteacceptance aretobearrangedby thebidder. c)TheOEM's representative will examinetransmitter installation for correctness. Thereafter, the 'First Power ON' at siteof the entire system shall be doneby the OEM's representative (s). However, if necessary, the OEM may include appropriatemeasure intheequipment toavoidany 'Power ON' beforeSAT. d) The expenditure for OEM engineer(s), representative(s) on travel, lodging, boarding, daily allowances etc. for site acceptance testing shall be bornebythebidder. e)The maximum duration of installation of transmitter system at site shall be 9 months fromthedateof receipt of all thematerial ingoodcondition at site. 13.80M (Unpriced) a) A detailed, complete Bill of material (BOM), exactly inthe same format as in the price bid, shall be attached with the technical, bid leaving price column blank. b) Make, model, quantity andunit of each itemmust bementioned clearly inthe BOM. Incase of 'set' complete details of all components that formpart of set should be spelt out clearly i.e. the details of the component/item offered in the set including their part no. and quantities must be mentioned clearly. c) TheBOM isprovided inAnnexure I for 10kWUHF Transmitters with station itemsfor boththetransmitters. d) The bidder must quote for all the items of Annexure I. The offer with incompleteBOM shall berejected. e) It isthe responsibility of thebidder to ensure the completeness of the offered system. In case, the bidder fails to offer any item(s) which is found essential duringinstallation, thesameshall havetobesuppliedfreeof cost. Local/remote Monitoring and control Facility a) Each transmitter should have all provisions of local LCD display, keypad, panels etc. for local operation, monitoring/control. b)All parameters and working status of modules specified in Para(j) (i to xxi) given below should be available for local monitoring. c) Detailed information on the parameters and features available for local monitoring and Control of the transmitter is to be submitted with the offer. d)The transmitter shall have Control/operation and monitoring of the parameters locally as well as at remote-location through web interface. e)The Control/operation and monitoring Software would run on normal PC with Windows platform. f) The transmitter should have a 'WEB' GUI interface using TCP/IP. The description of complete switching sequence of transmitters and associated equipment along with all monitoring and Control features of the transmitter must beprovided. 11. One automatic changeover unit (ACU) for operating the Transmitters in (1+1) mode to facilitate automatic switch "ON" of the second Transmitter unit in case of failure of RF output of the first Transmitter unit, shall be supplied with each set. 111. When power of operating transmitter goes down by 3 dB, it should be sensed as a 'failure' to switch to second transmitter automatically and it should be connected to antenna load. The failed transmitter shall be connected to dummy load. IV. There should be provision for display for monitoring of (1+1) Transmitter inACU. v. There should be provision for switching ON &OFF and change-over of transmitters remotely through ACU. VI. Provision is to be made in the ACU to enable operating personnel to operate the transmitter locally. Vll. Arrangement shall be made for bypassing the ACU in case of its failure so as to enable operating personnel to operate the individual transmitter in manual mode also. V1l1. The ACU shall be provided and integrated by the OEM of the Transmitter only. 1) Compatible P.c.s for local and remote monitoring, laser printers of reputed make and UPS are also part of the tender. The TV Receivers need not be installed in Racks but beprovided withsuitablestands. 17.Transmitter System TheGeneral features of transmitter systemareasbelow: a)Thetransmitters should berugged, reliable, andstableinoperation under Indian tropical conditions. The climate may vary fromvery cold to hot, humid and dusty. Specifications of the transmitters are given in this document. All equipment would beusedfor 24x7continuous operations. b)Transmitter output should be 3W' EIA unflange copper. In case of Aluminium, suitabletransfer coupler/rings to connect the output with the Copper rigid line shouldbesupplied toavoidthermocouple effect. c)Theoutput of either of thetwo 10kWtransmitters will befedthrough single4" Dia. R.F. Feeder Cable via R.F. Change Over Switch (C/O SW) to the single 10kW UHF, Superturnstile Antenna system and the other transmitter to the dummy load. d)There should be provision of interlock between Transmitter and Antenna load/Dummy Load so that transmitter is switched ON only when either of the two loads isconnected. e)Thetransmitter shall have its own VSWR fold back, automatically turning off the PAs if the VSWR is still beyond a preset threshold after the three strike mode. TheVSWR foldback rangemust bespecified bytheOEM innumerical values or graphically. f) The offered transmitters should have low. level diplexing (Common Amplification). g)There shouldbeprovision for settingthelower andupper limits for theForward andReflected Power. h)A detailed block schematic diagram for the TV transmitter system with all its constituent items shouldbeprovidedwiththeoffer. i) Thepower consumption of theUHF Transmitters including the cooling system must bespecified bythebidder for bothAnalog andDigital (DVB-T2) modeof theTransmitter separately. j) Thequotedtransmitter systemmust conformtothelatest international standards of safety and EMC or their equivalent standards. The conformation to such standards/equivalent standards (indicating Standard's name & Number) must be stated in compliance statement. Documentary evidence to establish the equivalence of the standards must also be provided with the offer. Para22 (SubParas 1.10, 1.11)may alsobereferred. Exciter a) EachUHF Transmitter shall haveitsownsynthesized exciter capableof operation in any channel (with offset facility) in the frequency band "470to 862MHz" for UHF band. b) The channel conversion within the band should be possible at site without any changeof component except output Channel filter. c) The exciter shall be modular in design, 100% solid-state and self- contained stand-alone unit. d) Exciter shall haveitsownDC power supply. e) It shall have facility for correction of linear and non-linear distortions added intheRF PathusingDigital Signal Processing (DSP). f) A detailed circuit diagrammust beattached withtheoffer toconfirmthe availability of DSP intheexciter. g) Thedetailedpart list of theexciter must alsobeprovided. h) Themethodology of correction of linear andnon-linear distortions shall alsobeexplained inthetechnical manual of theexciter. i) Thereshouldbeprovision for indicationof alarms andwarnings. j) The exciter must have provision for AGC for optimizing the output power in different operating conditions and in both analog as well as Digital mode. k) Onreduction inoutput power of thetransmitter theoperation of exciter system should automatically change to MGC (manual gain control) mode to avoid overdriving of the PAs or the control system should adjust automatically toavoidoverdriving of PAs. 1) TheExciter shall beequipped with 101100baseT Ethernet interfaceand shall haveremotecontrol provisionbySNMP or Web interface. 19.Power Amplifier System a) ThePower Amplifiers shouldbemodular indesign, lowweight, power- efficient andeasily maintainable. b) Each PA should have independent built-in SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) based power supply unit. The SMPS should have adequate margins for satisfactory working under overloading. It should be able to handle the fluctuations in power supply voltage and frequency. c) SMPS of the PA module shall also be protected against overload conditions, i.e., over temperature, over voltageandover current. Visual indication for above protections shouldbeavailable ineachpower amplifier. h) LDMOSIMOS devices of reputed manufacturers and based on latest technology shall beusedinall power amplifiers. i) Due to aging the bias current of the offered LDMOSIMOS transistors may drift away from the nominal level. Biasing circuit/ above LDMOSIMOS should take care of this drift. The Characteristic Datasheet of the LDMOSIMOS transistors based on latest technology from the manufacturer must be attached with the offer. j) LDMOSIMOS devices offered and used inthe final RF stage must not belessthan 'SOV' type. k) All PAs shouldbehot pluggable. Transmitter shall becapable toremain ON AIR withreduced power output without anybreak inserviceevenif a PAlP As have failed. I) TheRF pallets/RF Boards should befieldreplaceable without requiring major adjustments or alignment. m) Even intheevent of failureof sometransistors of final stageof thePA, thePA module shall continuetooperateat reduced power. n) Each amplifier's path shall have its own variable gain RF corrector allowing individual adjustment of gain and phase or shall have provision of automatic gain and phase adjustment. 0) The amplifiers path shall incorporate an automatic control circuit for automatic compensation for normal temperature verses gain variation of theamplifiers. p) Each power amplifiers shall haveitsown circuit breaker to connect and disconnect it withtheAC power line. q) Thecooling systemof power amplifiers shall bedesigned such that the tubes and hoses connected with the pressure valves can be isolated, drained and removed without any wastage of coolant. A manual valve shouldalsobeavailablebesides automatic pressure valves. r) There shall beprovision for monitoring of Reflected power and Output power toassess thehealthandnormal working of thePA Unit. 20.Liquid Cooling system a. The transmitter must have closed circuit liquid cooling system. Air cooled transmitter system is not acceptable. Thecooling systemmust beprovided bytheOEM of thetransmitter only. Manual changeover shouldalsobepossible. c. Thedetail of type of coolant used must beprovided by the OEM of the transmitter. d. Full required quantity of thesparecoolant isalsotobesupplied withthe systeminadditiontothefilledupquantity for thetransmitter. e. A proper and professional coolant filling arrangement shall also to be suppliedwiththecoolingsystem. f. Particle filter, monitoring of temperature at inlet andoutlet, flowsensors andpressure sensor shouldbeprovided. g. One set of all the essential tools required for installation and maintenance of cooling systemmust besuppliedwitheachtransmitter. h. Tubes and Hoses onamplifiers etc. shall beof self-locking type sothat noliquidescapes duringchangeover. i. Location wise variations of outside temperature are given in Table 3. Heat exchanger and liquidcoolant used must becompliant withthese temperature variations. There should be special provisions for satisfactory working of Heat exchangers to transfer theheat at very low temperature of outside environment. It must be ensured by the bidder that theHeat Exchanger isprotected fromheavy snowandwind. j. The total heat transferred by the transmitter (for 10 kW Peak Sync Analog power of thetransmitter at theoutput of Band pass filter) inthe liquidandinsidetheroommust bespecifiedbytheOEM. k.
