Adults (13 and older) $85.00

Children (4-12 years old) $45.00
Babies/Toddlers (3 and under) FREE

Remember that these are “PER PERSON” instead of “PER FAMILY” prices.
The deadline to pay these registration dues is February 1, 2010. You may
pay by sending checks or money orders to the address listed below or by placing
your Visa or Mastercard number at the bottom of this form. Remember to make all
checks payable to Robert E. Matheny with “Matheny Family Reunion” on the
Memo/For line.
