public organizations that are to be filled by merit listed qualifiers.

What is na in the above table?
Na stands for Not Available. It means either the salary, probation period or service bond
details were not found in their respective recruitment notifications. They may disclose it
for the upcoming jobs.

Will I get the same amount of salary given above?
No.With basic pay scale for scale I PO at Rs.14500 - 25700 across all banks, your
monthly salary could vary depending on posting location,allowances and other entitled
benefits.The figures quoted above were taken from their advertisements which again are
approximate.

On an average, you may be offered between Rs.22,000 - 25,000 /month.

Salary of bank employees could increase upto 35% from current levels if the 10th
bipartite settlement is implemented with demands of wage revision being accepted.

Since negotiations between unions & IBA are at early stages it could take some more
months for concerned parties to reach an understanding.But once its done arrears
amount shall also be paid with revised salary.

Should I pay the bond amount in advance?
No.The specified value should be paid to the bank only if you resign from service before
the end of minimum service period.But it is necessary to sign/execute this service
agreement while joining.

itself......so not much guessing but still be hopeful to join within 2 -3
months............

Link posted on IBPS site and and we can submit preference from tomorrow.
But IBPS does not mention any detail of eligibility criteria of different banks,
how can we give the prefence without knowing the basic details of terms and
conditions of different banks.

strike so whether IBPS will be functioning and shall we be able to apply for
our preferences of banks & when the link will be launched in IBPS web site.

IBPS from the present year is conducting common interviews for all
the written qualified candidates...a final merit list is prepared is
prepared based on the total score obtained in written + interview
according to the weightage which IBPS decides for these....you will be
askde for preference and allotment made basis your preference and
your ranking in the merit list prepared by IBPS...

was some website which was providing the rank of all
the candidates but that link has been disabled of
now...but autheniticity of that site could not be
ascertained..still u can google it for the complete list
with ranking which may be available on some site...but
mind it, it is not official...

Acc to the above list Pay Scale of ECGC is 29000, Is it Right????

it is not the payscale but the tentative net pay you will be getting....the
payscale for all the 19 PSB's start from 14500, with that of ecgc being
on the slightly higher side, but ecgc is a very small psu compared to
all other banks with a net turnover of approx 1000 crores only..

in my personal opinion, it is always good to join a larger
organisation as the work load and pressure will be
slightly less as workhead is more...ECGC has
recruited only 30 people last year n they are going to do
the same this year,this is the only recruitment done in
the officer grade in past 6 years or more...most of the
PSB's have annual turnover
far exceeding ECGC...ultimately the choice is
yours...salary in ECGC is slightly more but as far as i
came to know, u have to be spot on in the orgn...all the
best..

Dear BEI......I have a problem dat when i gave exam of ibps po 2 i was not
married but now im married n my surname has changed.......but i have
submitted all my documents regarding my name change as ..........
marriage certificate
name change affidative
my identity proof wid name changed( driving licence)
my caste certificate wid my husband name
so i just wanna know dat will it create problem in my joining...
my score is 62.2(sc)

i don't think they will declare the merit list...they will only
intimate about the bank u have been alloted...if they were to
declare the merit list, they would have brought it in the public
domain at the time of declaration of final marks..

Dear BEI IBPS po2 final result has not declared ,but ibps clerk2 interview is
about to start in march , what if aspirants who has written both and qualified
both comes to clerk interview, what happens if he gets selected in po and
leaves seat vacant in clerk. i want to write down a mail to ibps on this but i
cannot find mail ,i had written as reply to the mail which i got call letter but
they replied it is not right mail address to inform.

people with 50% above and 60% below have to wait for their choice,

candidates have to choose their order of preference for all banks
starting Feb 20 & appointments will be completed for PO posts in
march itself.By the time clerk interview starts, most ppl who applied
for clerks may hv got appointed as PO
