Ensure Level 3 students are in Advanced

AP 8/1/2013 Parents not wanting students in
advanced courses because it is too
much work. Teachers removing
students when their grade falls and
not supporting them.
Schedule and any changes need
parent approval.
Reading time provided during 3rd period
for all students, students log reading and
complete an assessment.
