Student Module

This module takes care of most of the school activities related to the student. The core
responsibility of this module is to keep track of all the information related with the student
right from the date of his admission. With this module the school can maintain students info
such as personal details, attendance records, student marks, student fee status, Student
physical attribute information, pattern and schedule of tests/Examinations,
promotion/detainment details, auto-generation of report cards, allotment of grades, student
transfers, Allotment of classes/assignments, student time-table, class-wise subject list, student
permissions, complaint registrations, complaint status, preparation of Lunch cards, student
promotions to higher classes and other information related to student participation in extra-
curricular activities and school events.


Student Reports

There are 8 reports available in this module. These reports present student information in
document formats. Hard copies of these reports can be made and filed for future use. Student
reports include class-wise list of students, class-wise student mark-sheet in different
tests/exams conducted in a specific academic year, class-wise fee summary report, pending
fees report, complete students personal profile report, class-wise student progress report card,
student transfer certificate report, student permission/leave report.


Library Management Module:

Library management module deals in recording the list of books that are available within
the schools library, new titles added in a given period of time, library book transaction
facilities, search facility to locate a particular book etc, facility to subscribe for
Journal/Magazines etc, issue of books and return of books.



Transport maintenance module

This module maintains transport details of the students who use school transport. It
provides information about hire/purchase of school transport, vehicle maintenance
details, vehicle routes, vehicle halts, student pick-up points, expenditure incurred on
vehicles towards maintenance, insurance and fitness details of the vehicles etc.


Staff Module

This module takes care of most of the school activities related to the teaching/Non-teaching
staff members. The new staff details like his/her personal particulars, his/her educational
qualification, his/her previous experience details, training programmes attended, all this
information is recorded in this module. Staff details present a complete list of both existing
and non-existing teaching/non-teaching staff members. Staff attendance records day-wise
attendance of teaching and non-teaching staff members. Staff permissions record the
leaves/permissions availed by teaching/non-teaching staff members. Besides all this,
loan/advance details, staff salary slips, professional tax details, encashment, staff transaction
details, Teacher Time table, staff removals etc are taken care of by this module.
