AIM:
The project aims at developing a program where different Users involved
here can view product stock details, product order details and other
information about retailer, supplier etc. When ever the administrator process
the product order the Product Maintenance Sstem automaticall updates the
stock of the respected person who ordered. So, Product Maintenance Sstem
is ver useful to the users to maintain the details about the products.
Summary:
Product Maintenance Sstem is ver useful for administrators , suppliers,
retailers to know about the products stock and orders when ever the want
to check easil and it takes less time .!n mandator checking the have to
maintain man files and it takes much time to check about particular product
sales and all the details. So to overcome the problems in the mandator
maintenance, the , Product Maintenance Sstem can give the fast and
accurate checking of the product details in less time.

manual hours that need to spend in record keeping and generating reports.
This program keeps the data files which can be reused an number of times.

re+uired for the distributors to use this program. The can easil use the
program that decreases manual hours spending for normal things and hence
increases the performance. !t is ver eas to record the information of online
sales and purchases in the databases.

MODULE DESCRIPTION
Name of the module-" 'dministrator.
Des!ri"tion" This module consists of the all the information related to the
administrator. The 'dministrator has the privilege to maintain different
tpes of items in the warehouse. 2e is concerned with registration of
Suppliers, Sub3/ocation !n3charges. 2e maintains the reports of suppliers
who are eligible to suppl the items. 2e can send the purchase order to
above suppliers when items are re+uired. 2e also maintains the details of all
the sub location incharcge.

The program was designed in such a wa that future modifications can be
done easil. The following conclusions can be deduced from the
development of the project.

This program avoids the manual work and the problems
concern with it. !t is an eas wa to obtain the information regarding the
various products information that are present in the Super markets.
Primaril, when we re+uest information about a
particular product stock it just shows product name and no. of +uantities
available. So, after getting the information we can get access to the product
b just selecting instead of tping it .
The ne%t enhancement that we can add the
searching option. We can directl search to the particular product in the
stock for easier access when there is large number of products.
