Each complete lot can be assigned to one source of supply (allocated quotas).
It is also possible to split one lot between several sources of supply (splitting quotas).
You can use the quota arrangement functions with external procurement, inhouse production and with stoc!
transfer procedures.
"ithin the functionality of the quota arrangements, you can define a maximum and a minimum lot si#e as well
as a maximum release quantity for the sources.

You can define a minimum quantity for the splitting quota. If the order quantity is less than this minimum
quantity, it will not be split further.
$he indicator for the splitting quota is assigned to the lotsi#ing procedures in &ustomi#ing.
