Introduction:

The Risk Mitigation team in the Registrars Office is in need of improved data storage as
well as a custom application for the student fraud investigation process. The primary
objective of this request is to significantly improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of
the departments process flows through automated procedures. Completion of this request
will allow for continued realization of department objectives despite a reduced staff.
