Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement is made on 03

rd
March, 2014 in between CAPEX REALTY
CONSULTANTS (Company) through its Director Mr. NITIN CHAWLA (party at First Part) and
ARCHANA KHANDURI ("Freelancer") (party at Second Part).
WHEREAS Capex Realty Consultants (Company) is desirous of availing of the services of Archana
Khanduri ("Freelancer") from time to time for certain jobs at its office.
AND WHEREAS Archana Khanduri ("Freelancer") has expressed its willingness to render the
freelancing services to Capex Realty Consultants (Company) as per the requirements from time to time
and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. The Contractor agrees to provide Client with the following services on Freelancing basis:
1. Setting up & maintaining Job Portals account for client
2. Recruitment services
3. Human Resource Consulting services
4. Administration support
5. Screening and Reference Checks


2. Compensation: Capex Realty Consultants shall pay Archana Khanduri (Freelancer) Rs. 20,000/-
per month on fixed payment basis & 10,000 /-monthly salary on variable basis of each recruitment which
will be done by Archana Khanduri (Freelancer) payable at the end of each month / after one month of
successful completion of service by the recruit. The compensation should be made within 1st week of
every month to Archana Khanduri (Freelancer) for the services given to the Capex Realty Consultants for
the past month.

3. Out of Pocket Expenses: Capex Realty Consultants shall pay for all the expenditures like Mobile Bill
for 1000 Rs, Data Card Bill & Conveyance which has been incurred by Archana Khanduri (Freelancer)
for the conduct of the Freelance HR & Recruitment Service.

4. Correspondence with candidates: All correspondence with candidates including interview
scheduling will be the responsibility of Archana Khanduri (Freelancer). The Client will send information
of a Candidate's rejection to the Archana Khanduri (Freelancer), and it will be the responsibility of
Archana Khanduri (Freelancer) to inform the Candidates accordingly.

5. Single Point of Contact: To avoid any conflicts & to improve productivity the Capex Reality
Consultants will assign a single point of contact person to whom Archana Khanduri (Freelancer) should
report to & take orders from.

6. Validity of terms: This Agreement shall be effective from 1
st
March 2014 and be valid for a period of
four months and unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms specified hereunder.

7. Termination: This agreement will terminate on the happening of any one or more of the following
events: on the expiry of its term or if either party terminates this agreement by giving a prior notice of two
weeks in writing to the other party or by mutual consent of the parties, without assigning any reason
whatsoever.

8. In the event of instant removal/ termination of agreement from the side of Capex Reality Consultant,
the Capex Reality Consultant will pay fixed salary as well as variable pay as per the recruitments done for
the month of termination of agreement.
