Online study portal-free access to study material, video recordings of webinars,
workshops, classroom trainings, quizzes, and simulation tests for all the participants
24/7 support from coach/trainer via phone, emails, discussion forums, Google
Hangouts, and webinars
2 full length Simulation tests- Students may take simulation tests as per their
convenience prior sitting for PMI-ACP Certification Test. This enables students to

Course Contents

We chronologically arranged logical division of course PMI-ACP Course content that makes
studying pattern simple.
1. Agile Framework A brief introduction to agile, discuss how agile is different from
traditional methods, agile principles and values, and vital role of flexibility and stability in
agile.
2. Introduction of Scrum Conceptual learning and understanding of Scrum including
detailed study of Scrum roles, ceremonies, artifacts.
3. User Stories - A tool used for trawling requirement in agile projects. What are user stories
and how to write a good user story?
4. Agile Estimation - This lesson takes us to the black art, art of estimating the software
project work, discusses agile sizing and estimation techniques. Also discusses estimation
game and planning poker
5. Value Based Prioritization the lesson discusses all about prioritization- what features
built in next iteration, discuss various models to assist PO to groom the product backlog
6. Agile Planning the lesson talks about agile planning, two levels of planning-release and
iteration; velocity estimates, release date identification
7. Agile Monitoring Once planning is done we need monitoring and adaptation. This lesson
discusses release and iteration level monitoring of agile projects
8. Retrospective Retrospective is one of the most important steps in an agile methodology.
It helps in adapting and improving the process. It discusses retrospective meeting, meeting
structure
9. Extreme Programming Extreme programming values and practices
10. Lean Lean and Kanban is discussed in details. The lesson covers lean principles, lean
tools including Value Stream Mapping, Cumulative flow diagram and Kanban Board, and
major differences underlying Kanban and Scrum
11. Communication The lesson covers how agile communication is more about
communication facilitation rather than management
12. Risk Management Risk Management, risk response strategies, and organic risk
management are discussed in details
13. Governance - The lesson deals with organization level governing structure for agile
project, we discuss possible matrices and PMO in this lesson.
14. Soft Skills Highlights are the soft zone of agile coach and team. Discusses the
significance of power of listening, emotional intelligence skills, and conflict management
