DECEIVERS ARE A DIME A DOZEN

Deceivers today in Christendom especially in the Third Wave are a dime a dozen, so
why should Matt Sorger, Heidi Bakker and John Kilpatick be any different prophesying
falsely about the future - something that cannot be verified but must be accepted by
faith, ideally based on the character of its proponents! But in reality do money
changers or wolves in sheep's clothing have any integrity and can they be trusted?

What is their proven track record in prophecies? Almost nonexistent!

And who are their friends and how come they travel in small elite circles and are not
part of the overall Christendom?

How come they are so special that they don't allow criticism or cannot handle it when
Jr. Apostle Paul had no problem publicly confronting and rebuking Sr. Apostle Peter
and telling him he was a hypocrite and then talking about it in one of his epistles!

But these modern Apostles many of whom are part of the New Apostolic Reformation
cannot be touch or talked about because they are God's anointed one and they quote
1 Chronicles 16:22 Saying, "Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no
harm." But of course they don't quote Numbers 16:26 And he spoke to the
congregation, saying, "Depart now from the tents of these wicked men! Touch nothing
of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins."

These are the same idiots who supported adulterous, lying, thieving scoundrel Todd
Bentley! When C Peter Wagner joined Rick Joyner, Bob Jones ,Stacy Campbell and
everyone's favorite George Banov for a coronation of sorts, it was apparent they were
unaware of Todds lies about money and that the 33 people raised from dead were just
tall tales. I don't think anyone on that stage in Lakeland, Florida the home of the
criminal Strader Family was aware of his mistress Jessa.

Bob Jones claims to go to heaven a couple times a day and no one told him. Rick
Joyner is tight with the Apostle Paul but He was kept in the dark. George Banov told
Todd, Jesus told me you are a well pleasing Son but within days it was apparent his
words that were spoken were not true, and did not come from God. I think God used
Todd to expose these guys for what they are false prophets ,false teachers, and false
Apostles. I find it amazing that these scoundrels are at it again in America trying to
deceive people they are true men of God

THE FLUFF AND STUFF

Just because some have perverted prosperity I am not going to lump them all together
and throw it out. The Bible does teach that God wants to prosper us and healing is
available to us that believe. You have extremes in all doctrine and in every
camp/denomination etc. That is not true that health and wealth ends with man, and
signs and wonders with Jesus. I have seen more extremes and fruit loops in the signs
and wonders camp then anywhere else. Chasing non biblical signs and wonders that
have nothing to do with Jesus. I hear more of Jesus being preached and sound biblical
teaching from Word of Faith then the others. When gold dust, gold teeth and so called
angel feathers are chased (and I have seen people crawling around on the floor
looking for gold dust, gems etc) over an encounter with the Lord something is wrong.
There is more preaching about the fluff and stuff then Jesus! Time and time again
people have been caught planting such foolishness. So this camp is no better where
exalting Jesus is concerned then those that do pollute the prosperity message. I am all
about the glory of God and His presence, but a lot of the foolishness going on with the
signs and wonders camp are no better than the extremes of some in Word of Faith.
The Bible tells us what signs believers are to expect and they are to follow us, not us
chase after them!

Now, consider the so-called "miracles" emerging from the "Brownsville Revival". I have
either witnessed all of the following myself (in person or on video tape), or heard
reports of the following from eye-witnesses. People fall over (this is called "slain in the
Spirit" or "prostration"), people laugh, people belch, people jerk, people bow at the
waist, people vomit, people crawl on their hands and knees and bark like dogs, people
scream and shriek, people dance, people jump off of platforms into an imaginary
"river" flowing just off the platform, people tuck their hands under their armpits, flap
their arms, and cluck like chickens, and so on ad infinitum. The overarching defining
quality of the "Brownsville miracle" is this: things happen that can be duplicated by
mere human effort. Note that in virtually all cases there is no practical reason for the
supernatural event. Rather, people are pursuing experiences for the sheer sake of the
experience. Next I contend that not only should these demonstrations not be called
"miracles," but they should not even be called "manifestations" of the Spirit.
It's is a fact that the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola with Pastor John
Kilpatrick turned out to be a dud and fizzled out because it was not of God!
And now John Kilpatrick is pushing Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival which
brings up the question how come their deceived followers are constantly
dying that they need to be revived?

Pastor John Kilpatrick, former pastor and overseer of the Brownsville Revival in
Pensacola, FL, stated it felt like Fathers Day 1995 when that historic revival began.

A spontaneous decision was made to extend the meetings at the Daphne Civic Center
to see what God would do. Nathan and Shake the Nations team cancelled their flights
to Hawaii scheduled for that weekend. Since then, attendance has grown as people
have traveled from across America and other countries. To accommodate the crowds
and meet regularly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, the revival meetings
were moved to the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile, AL.

This move of God has been called the Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival. Historically,
Mobile Bay was named on early Spanish maps Baha del Espritu Santo, (Bay of The
Holy Spirit). In 2008 a memorial historical sign commemorating the name Bay of the
Holy Spirit was approved by the Alabama Historical Association and a Commendation
was signed by Governor Bob Riley.

Since that miraculous night of July 23rd, hundreds have given their lives to Christ and
been delivered by the power of God. Extraordinary miracles and healings are
continuing each night. We are seeing the lame walk, the blind see, deaf ears open and
diverse terminal illnesses healed.

"How do we overcome scandal in the church? How do we overcome scandal in the pulpit? As I watch
and pray, I see one leader after another being taken down by undealt with areas of their flesh. From
drinking in bars, to drunk driving, to adultery and fornication, to perversion, to child molestation, to
divorce and family neglect.

When a leader falls it should be a wake up call to all of us that we need to stay daily submitted and
surrendered to God on a continual basis. Sin does not overcome us in a day. It usually happens
slowly as we compromise just a little bit at a time. At first its barely noticeable, then one day we look
back and wonder how we have strayed so far. Its happens slowly. Then before we know it, we have
opened doors to darkness and bad choices catch up to us.

No one is exempt. If you think you can never be tempted, think again. Everyone is tempted. But not
everyone submits to God and resists the devil. Not everyone makes right choices. You dont want to
just start well, you want to finish well. In order to finish well you must stay sensitive to God in your
conscience and daily keep a strong personal relationship with God. No one can do this for you. We
must make our relationship with God the priority, no matter how successful we think we are. What
got you there is what will keep you there: deep personal convictions, a strong prayer life and having
your mind continually renewed in the word. Its the only way.

We must also remember to daily pray for our leaders. Leaders are on the front line, preaching and
teaching Gods word to equip countless others to do the works of Christ. Ministry work can be
challenging and grueling at times. Worn out ministers can find themselves in a place they never
thought they would be because they have let work and ministry activity replace their prayer life and
when they get tired or worn out they are not as strong spiritually to overcome in their own personal
life. Prayer for leaders will help strengthen them to stay close to God as they pour into others.
Ultimately each leader must choose to spend time with God, but the prayers of the saints help to
undergird and strengthen."

prosecuting, incarcerating and removing of liars, thieves and perjurers like TBN'S Paul

Why did Christianity Today decide to feature Heidi Baker in the May cover article, but make a point of
denying her ties to the NAR? I dont know the answer, but this is not the first wide-scale promotion
of Baker. She has been regularly featured in a multi-million dollar project by funded by the
Templeton Foundation that has also included the promotion of C. Peter Wagner and most of the
Revival Alliance apostles.
In the project these New Apostolic leaders are described as exemplars of godly love in a study of
unselfish love for all others without exception. That might come as a surprise to those well-versed
in the NARs Dominionist agenda and attacks on those of other faiths. Its difficult to reconcile the
Flame of Godly Love and Institute for Research on Unlimited Love studies with the NARs claims
that its spiritual warfare networks can supernaturally destroy the icons or buildings of those of other
faiths, and maim or kill other humans through prayer. Its also difficult to reconcile with leaderships
claims that others including homosexuals, freemasons, and those of other religious faiths are
controlled by literal demonic beings.
Christianity Todays article is subtitled There are credible reports that Heidi Baker heals the deaf and
raises the dead.
Apparently this uncritical acceptance of Bakers supernatural powers was referencing the study by
Candy Gunther Brown, also funded by the Templeton Foundation. Michael McClymond, referred to in
the article, has also been part of the Flame of Godly Love project funded by Templeton. The 2012
Society for Pentecostal Studies conference described earlier in this article, included a presentation on
Heidi Bakers network by Margaret Poloma, also funded by Templeton. In the same session, titled
Symposium on New Apostolic Networks and the Third Wave, McClymond spoke about Randy Clarks
apostolic network.
The Templeton-funded projects promoting apostolic and prophetic leaders will be addressed in future
articles and an upcoming report by Talk2actions Bruce Wilson.

Perhaps the staff at Christianity Today was misled by the beatification of Heidi Baker in the
Templeton-funded studies. Regardless, they owe their readers an apology and a retraction or
correction of the article

It was a pivotal moment in American evangelicalism when Christianity Today featured a New
Apostolic leader on its May cover. More shocking is that this historic development included claims by
Heidi Baker that her only tie to the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) has been annual attendance at
a conference. The author and editorial staff failed to challenge this assertion or to include
information about Bakers significant role in the NAR or her role in Revival Alliance, a partnership that
brought together the six major New Apostolic ministries of Baker, Che Ahn, John Arnott, Randy Clark,
Bill Johnson, and Georgian Banov. It was an incomplete view of one of the most powerful women in
the apostolic and prophetic movement and promoted Bakers ministry without providing readers any
information about the dramatic changes in structure and ideology that New Apostolics have
introduced into the evangelical world.
Part One of this series included a description of the formation of Revival Alliance and the apostolic
networks sponsorship of the apostolic alignment of Todd Bentley at the Lakeland Outpouring in
2008.
Following are additional examples documenting Bakers very obvious leadership position in the
apostolic and prophetic movement. See links at the end of the article for descriptions of the New
Apostolic Reformation and apostolic government of the church. The movements goals include the
reorganization and unifying of Protestantism under the authority of apostles and prophets.

Baker and Burn 24-7
Following is a short video of Baker with leaders of Burn 24-7. This is a light-hearted and frivolous
clip, but the embrace of the apostolic and prophetic structure is obvious. Baker is part of the
apostolic council providing accountability or apostolic covering to Burn 24-7. The video features
Baker, Burn 24-7 founder Sean Feucht, and another leader of the youth-oriented organization. In
this video they are celebrating the formation of their apostolic/prophetic council.
Under the accountability tab on the Burn 24-7 website, four apostolic leaders are shown Julie
Meyer, Lou Engle, Heidi and Rolland Baker, and Charles and Ann Stock. Lou Engle is co-founder with
Che Ahn of The Call. Julie Meyer is also a prophet and is well known in the movement for her
prophetic rap style and prophecies about Sarah Palin during the 2008 election.
In another Burn 24-7 video Heidi Baker is described as part of the organizations apostolic council
and as sharing her prophetic voice and impartation. The Burn 24-7 website also includes a handy
prophetic glossary.

Revival Alliance and Wagner Leadership Institute
Randy Clark, one of the leaders of Revival Alliance (described in detail in Part One), is credited with
bringing the holy laughter revival to John Arnotts Toronto Airport Vineyard Fellowship in 1994. The
subsequent multi-year revival is often described as the Toronto Blessing. In 2001, Clark left the
Vineyard movement and his church in St. Louis and moved his Global Awakening ministry to
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in order to work with Charles Stock, a non-Vineyard ministry as reported
by Charisma Magazine. Charles and Ann Stock, listed above in the apostolic council of Burn 24 -7,
lead Life Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Clarks Global Awakening is now headquartered in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania, close to Harrisburg,
and includes the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening, the Schools of Healing and Impartation, and
the Global School of Supernatural Ministry.
Global Awakening Partners with Wagner Leadership Institute (WLI-GA) to teach training in the core
topics of: Apostolic, Prophetic, Evangelism, Pastoral, Teacher and Seven Mountain. Heidi Baker is
listed as a speaker for Global Awakening and regularly speaks at GA conferences. WLI-GA courses

Candy Gunther Brown, quoted in the Christianity Today article, has written extensively about the
partnership between Bakers Iris Ministries and Clarks Global Awakening in her 2011 book Global
Pentecostal and Charismatic Healing. However, Brown makes no mention of the most prominent
feature of the partnership Revival Alliance which links the apostolic networks of Baker, Clark, Che
Ahn, John Arnott, Bill Johnson, and Georgian Banov. The formation of this network is described in
Part One of this series.
Brown does reference Randy Clarks apostolic network Global Awakening and its work with other
apostolic networks as follows,
Global Awakening works closely with networks of local Pentecostal, Baptist, and new Apostolic
movement churches and ministries, such as Casa de Davi and Nova Geracao in Brazil and Iris
Ministries in Mozambique, seeking to build international bridges among the groups in its global
network.
Brown does not describe or define how New Apostolic churches differ from denominational
networks or describe how the growth of the apostolic and prophetic networks is overlaying current
denominational structures.

Baker and Shara Pradhan
Heidi Baker co-authored a book in 2008 with her personal assistant Shara Pradhan. Pradhan has
worked with the late Jill Austin and with Mike Bickle at International House of Prayer and is currently
working at Bethel Church of Bill Johnson, a Revival Alliance leader. Following is a recent update from
