ASSIGNMENT 2 (ESSAY WRITING)
It was a holiday on Saturday 21st of July. There was the storm and a heavy rain that interrupted
my sleep. I am very scared of the sound that came with the storm.
I woke up at 7.00 oclock in the morning. After taking my bath, I went downstairs to have
my breakfast. The menu was spicy fried rice and I thanked to my mum for the delicious
breakfast. After helping my mum cleaning the dishes, I went to the dining room and watched
television with my sister at 8.00AM. It was the Sesame Street series and my sister loved it so
much. Then at 9.00AM, my mum asked me to send some breakfast to my neighbor, Uncle
Lim. Uncle Lim was an old man who stayed alone in front of my house
At 10.30AM, my sister, Lili asked me to accompany her to the mall. She wants to buy a
present for Rams birthday. Ram was our cousin and I also want to buy one for him. It was so
hard for us to choose the present. At last, both of us found the suitable present for Ram.
It was 1.00PM and we felt hungry again. So we decide to have our lunch at the food court.
Both of us choose to have noodles for our launch. After taking our lunch, we went home.
I felt quite tired walking around the mall. But I enjoyed it so much with my sister. I took a nap
at 3.00PM. After an hour later, I woke up and took a bath. I get myself ready for my swimming
lessons. The class started at 5.00PM. I took the swimming lesson at the Municipal Pool. My
father picks me up after the lesson ended at 6.30 pm.
At 7.00PM, I took a bath and change into my pajamas. Then I watched televisions with my
family. At 8.00PM my family and I gathered together to have our dinner. It was our routine
to have dinner together seems everybody was so busy with our day. Mum always cooked
delicious recipes for us. Thank you, mum. You are the best chef in the world.
I did my assignment and revised my lessons at 8.30PM. I loved to hear music while doing
some revisions. So I turn on my radio and put on my earphone. I started to surf the internet at
11.00PM. Besides searching informations for my assignment, I went to my social account
network and update my status for that day.
Then, I went to bed at 12.00PM. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
