Weekly market view
Markets showed sideways to bearish movement and it was first weekly fall
after the three consecutive weeks bullish rally. On daily charts, nifty is trading
in middle of upward channel pattern and if bearishness continues then
crucial support is seen near the lower band i.e. around 7050 although near
term support is also seen around 7150. If reversals from lower levels project
nifty to again move in northward direction then immediate resistance can be
faced near 7370 and closing above which may again bring it in strong zone.
Key event to affect volatility of markets is RBI Monetary Policy on Tuesday.
