It went about as good as you can ever hope really. It doesnt always go so fabulous, but this month was a breeze. The
renovations came in on budget and were completed on schedule. And both properties rented out at the highest target
price and quicklyless than three weeks from date of first advertisement to tenant move-in. Now these properties are
available for purchase from my companyfully renovated beautiful homes, in great locations with quality tenants.

The other news to report is that I will be heading over to the US later in October for a few weeks to get some face-time
