Dishwasher detergent is corrosi ve! Take care to keep i t out
of reach of chi ldren.
IF THE WATER ISN'T TOO HARD, YOU MAY ALSO PREVENT THE FORMATION OF DEPOSITS BY ADDING DETERGENT.
The amount of det ergent needed can vary due to differences in water hardness. To determine t he water hardness i n your area,
contact your local water uti lity or area water softening company. The harder the water, the more detergent you may need.
Remember, you should adjust the amount of detergent you use by small amounts until you find the correct amount.
To remove hard water spots, try t he foll owing:
Run di shes through a normal wash program.
Remove all metal dishware, such as cutlery, pans, etc.,
from the di shwasher.
Do not add detergent.
Pour two cups of vi negar into a bowl and set the bowl face
up on the lower rack of the dishwasher.
Run the dishes through a normal wash program.
If this doesn't work, try the same process with 1 / 4 cup of
citric acid crystals instead of vinegar.
Use only detergent specifically made for use i n dishwashers.
Keep your detergent fresh and dry. Don't put powder det ergent
i nto the di spenser until You' re ready to wash di shes.
The dispenser must be refil led before the start of each wash cycle fol l owing the instructi ons provi ded i n the" Wash Cycle
Tabl e".Your dishwashers than conventional dishwashers. Generally, onl y one tablespoon of
detergent is needed for a normal wash l oad. Al so, more heavily soil ed items need more detergent. Always add the detergent just
before starti ng dishwasher, otherwise it could get damp and will not dissolve properly.
use l ess detergent and rinse aid
To open t he di spenser, turn the cap to the "open" (l eft)
arrow and l ift i t out .
Pour the rinse aid i nto the dispenser, being careful not to
overfil l.
Replace t he cap by inserti ng it al igned with "open" arrow
and t urning it to the closed (right) arrow.
A measured amount of rinse aid i s released during the fi nal rinse. As wi th detergent , the amount
of ri nse aid needed for your dishes depends on the hardness of the water in your area. Too much
rinse aid can result in lather of f oaming and cause cl oudi ness or steaks on your di shes. If the
water in your area i s very soft, you may not need ri nse aid. If you do,you can dil ute the rinse ai d
wit h an equal amount of water.
The rinse aid dispenser has six settings. Always st art with the dispenser set on " 2 ". If spots and
poor drying are problems, increase the amount of rinse ai d dispensed by removing the dispenser
lid and rotati ng the dial to "3". If the di shes stil l are not drying properl y or are spotted, adj ust the
dial to the next hi gher number unti l your dishes are spot-free. We suggest you to set on "4" .
The rinse ai d is released duri ng the final rinse to prevent wat er
from formi ng droplets on your dishes that can leave spots and
streaks. It al so i mproves drying by allowi ng water to "sheet" off
the dishes.
Your dishwashers are designed to use li qui d rinse aids. The
rinse aid di spenser is located i nside the door next to the
detergent dispenser. To fi ll the dispenser, open the cap and
pour the rinse aid i nto the dispenser until the level indi cator
turns completel y bl ack. The volume of the rinse ai d container is
about 140ml.
Be careful not to overfill the dispenser, because this could
cause oversudsing. Wipe away any spil ls with a damp cloth.
Don't forget to replace the cap before you close the dishwasher
door.
If you have soft water, you may not need rinse aid for it may
cause a whi te fil m to develop on your dishes.
5
If t here is no rinse ai d warning l ight in the control panel , you can judge the amount of rinse aid by the followi ng means. The
black dot on the rinse aid di spenser indicates the amount of rinse aid in the dispenser. As the ri nse aid dimi nishes, the size of
the black dot decreases. You should never let the rinse aid get bel ow 1 / 4 f ull.
As the ri nse aid dimini shes, the size of the black dot on the rinse
aid l evel i ndi cator changes, as i llustrated below.

Coarse fi lter
Larger items, such as pieces of bone or gl ass, that could clog the drain are trapped i n the
coarse fi l ter. To remove an item caught in this filter, gently squeeze the t abs on top of this
fi lter and li ft i t out .
For your convenience, we have placed the drai n pump and fi lteri ng system wi thin easy reach inside t he tub. There are three
component s of the fi ltering system: the mai n fil ter, the coarse filter, and the fine f ilter.
2
Fine filter
This filter hol ds soil and food residue in the sump area and prevents it from being
redeposi ted on the dishes during a cycle.
Main fil ter
Food and soi l particles trapped by thi s fil ter are pulveri zed by a speci al j et on the lower spray
arm and washed down the drain.
1
3
Never run the dishwasher without t he fi l ters i n pl ace.
Fil ter assembl y
For best performance and results, the fi l ter assembly must be cleaned.
The filter eff iciently removes food particles from the wash water, al l owing i t to be
recirculated duri ng the cycle. For this reason, it i s a good i dea t o remove the larger
food particl es trapped in the fi lter after each wash cycle by ri nsing the semici rcular
fi lter and cup under runni ng water. To remove the filter assembly, pul l on the cup
handl e in the upward direction. The enti re fil ter assembl y shoul d be cleaned
once a week.
To clean the coarse fi lter and the fine fil ter, use a cl eaning brush. Then, reassemble
the filter parts as shown in the fi gures left and rei nsert the entire assembly in the
dishwasher, positi oni ng i n its seat and pressing downward.
The dishwasher must never be used wit hout the fi lters. Improper replacement of t he
fi lter may reduce the performance l evel of the appliance and damage dishes and utensil s.
If your dishwasher is left in an unheated place during the winter, ask a service technician to:
Cut off electrical power to the dishwasher.
Turn off the water supply and disconnect the water
inlet pipe from the water valve.
Drain water from the inlet and water valve. pipe
(Use a pan to catch the water.)
Reconnect the water inlet to the
water valve.

It i s necessary to cl ean t he spray arms regularly for hard water chemicals wi ll clog the
spray arm jets and bearings. To remove the spray arm, screw off the nut to take out the
washer on top of the spray arm and remove the arm. Wash the arms in soapy and warm
water and use a soft brush to cl ean the jets. Replace them after ri nsing them thoroughly.
ATTENTION: Do not put the fine filter upside down.
8
Never use a spray cleaner t o clean the door panel for it coul d damage the door l ock and el ectrical components. It is not all owed
to use the abrasive agent or some paper towel becauseof the risk of scratching or leavi ng spots on the stainless steel surf ace.
To clean the edge around the door, you should use only a soft warm, damp rag. To prevent
penet ration of water into the door lock and electrical components, do not use a spray cl eaner
of any ki nd.
Also, never use abrasive cleaners or scouri ng pads on the outer surfaces because they will
scratch the fini sh. Some papers towels can also scratch or l eave marks on the surface.
After every wash, turn off the water supply to the
appl i ance and l eave the door slightly ajar so that
moisture and odors are not t rapped inside.
Before cl eaning or performing maintenance, al ways
remove the plug from the socket. Do not run risks.
To cl ean t he exterior and rubber parts of the di shwasher,
do not use sol vents or abrasive cleaning products.
Rather, use only a cl oth and warm soapy water.
To remove spots or stai ns from t he surface of the
i nterior, use a cloth dampened with water and a littl e
white vinegar, or a cl eaning product made specifically
for di shwashers.
When you go on holi day, it is recommened that you run a
wash cycle wi th the dishwasher empty and then remove
the plug f rom the socket, turn off the water suppl y and
leave the door of the appliance sl ightly ajar. Thi s wil l help
the seals last l onger and prevent odors from forming
within the appl iance.
If the appli ance must be moved, t ry to keep it in the vertical
posi ti on.If absolutely necessary, it can be positioned on
it s back.
One of the factors that cause odors to form in the
dishwasher is food that remai ns trapped i n the seals.
Periodic cl eaning with a damp sponge wil l prevent this
from occurring.
Please see the rati ng lable to know the rating voltage and connect the dishwasher to appropri ate power supply,Use requi red fuse
12 amp. Fused el ectri cal supply is required-copper wi re only. Time del ay fuse or ci rcuit breaker recommended and provide
separate circui t servi ng onl y thi s appli ance. Outlet shoul d be pl aced in adjacent cabinet.
After maki ng sure that the voltage and the frequency values for the current i n the home
correspond t o those on the rating pl ate and t hat t he el ectrical system i s sized for the
maximum voltage on the rating plat e, insert the plug into an el ectri cal socket which is
earthed properly. If the electrical socket to which the appl iance must be connect ed is not
appropriate for the , replace the socket ,rather than usi ng a adaptors or the li ke as
they could cause overheating and burns.

If the sink is 1000 higher from the floor, the excess water in hoses cannot
be drained directly into the sink. It will be necessary to drain excess
water from hoses into a bowl or suitable container that is held outside and lower
than the sink.
Connect the cold water supply hose to a threaded 3/4(inch) connector and make sure t hat i t is
fastened ti ghtly i n place.
If the water pipes are new or have not been used for an extended period of time, let the water
run to make sure t hat t he water is clear and free of impuri ties. If thi s precauti on is not taken,
there is a risk that the water inlet can get bl ocked and damage the appliance.
The water suppl y to the appliance can al so be connected to the house hot water li ne
(central ized system, heating system),as long as it does not exceed a temperature of 60 C.
In this case, the wash cycle time will be shortened by about 15 minutes and the wash
efficiency slightly reduced.
The connection must be made to the hot water line followi ng the same procedures as t hose
for the connection to the cold water line.
DIMENSIONS(mm)
Insert the drain hose i nto a drain pi pe with a minimum di ameter of 40 mm, or let it run into the si nk, making sure to avoid bending
or crimpi ng i t. Use the special plastic support that comes with the appl iance. The free end of the hose must be at a height
between 400 and 1000mm and must not be immersed in water.
Once the appliance is positioned, adjust the feet (screwing them in or out) to adj ust the
hei ght of the dishwasher, making i t level . In any case ,the appl i ance shoul d not be inclined
more than 2 .
Position the appli ance in the desi red l ocation. The back should rest against the wall behind it, and t he si des, along the adjacent
cabinets or wall. The dishwasher is equipped with water supply and drai n hoses that can be positioned to the right or the left to
facilitate proper instal l ation.
