Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are the golden couple of the Bollywood. Since their
traditional and lavish marriage in 2007, they have maintained their status as one of the
most lovable Bollywood couple with grace and dignity.
However, if the latest reports and rumours are to be believed the couples marriage is rapid-
ly going downhill. Some sections of media are also speculating that the popular jodi of Aish-
warya Rain and Abhishek might be a thing of past.
It is rumoured that Aishwarya is planning to file a divorce with her husband Abhishek
Bachchan. This rumour has been more furiously gossiped in Bollywood circles where the
recent differences between the couple has been visible during their presence at events and
parties.
The major reason for the discord between them is attributed to J aya Bachchans incessant
interference in their daily lives. It is rumoured that Aishwarya is annoyed and miffed with
her mother-in-laws overbearing behavior. They had also planned to move out of Bachchan
residence to solve this problem. However, if reports are to believed it hasnt solved problems
for the star couple.
However, keeping in mind that most of the rumors originating from Bollywood are rarely

Question 1: Planet having no planet in its stars and planet in own star
If [A ] a planet is not a star lord to any one in a horoscope, [B] same planet alone in its own
star then what is the difference?
Answer 1:
A planet with no planet in its stars has not only positional status but also is the strong
significator of the houses under its sub lordship because there is no planet in the star level
to give its result. In other words, the sub lord of a cusp is a strong significator of that cusp,
if there is no planet in the stars of that sub lord (planet). If the planet is not the cuspal sub
lord of any house, it will have only positional status, i.e. it will be the strong significator of
the house occupied by that planet. For example, in the attached marriage (Female) chart, no
planet is in the stars of Ketu, and Ketu is the cuspal sub lord of 4
th
and 10
th
houses, so
Ketu becomes the strong significator of these houses. No planet is in the stars of Saturn but
Saturn is not the cuspal sub lord of any house, and so Saturn is the strong significator of

th
house by occupation (positional status).
A planet in its own stars, having no planet in its stars, can have positional status but
cannot be the strong significator of the houses under its sub lordship because that planet
has to give the result of own in the star level. For example, in the same attached marriage
(Female) chart, Mercury is in the star of own, hence Mercury is the strong significator of 2

house by occupation.
A planet in its own stars also having any other planet(s) in its stars can have neither
positional status nor the role of strong significator of the houses under its sub lordship
because that planet has to give the results of own and other planet(s) in the star level.
Question 2: 8th house in marriage
What is the role of 8th house in marriage, positive or negative?
Answer 2:
8th is generally death, sex and money of others, especially partner. In perspective of
marriage, it needs to be judged in combination of other prevailing houses. From negative
side delay, dejection, disappointment, scandal, quarrel, and quarrel finally leading to
divorce, Maraka of spouse to the positive side of partner's money.
As per KP Reader V page 176 (168 in Old Edition), significators of houses 2,7,11 are to be
considered for marriage and the houses 6,12,10,8 are for divorce. (The 8th house may not
give the desirable result of marriage. - KP Reader III, pp 51, 58, 114/ 1971 original edition
pp 49, 55. 108)
The same is said in Astrosecrets & KP Part III page 11 that for marriage significators of
houses 2,7,11 are beneficial; for divorce, 6,10,12 and 8 are beneficial; page 22, houses
1,6,10 and 8 are not favorable for marriage.
Separation from the partner due to disharmony or difference of opinion is to be considered
by 1,6,10 houses only and 8 is also to be considered, if quarrel is involved. Finally to get di-
vorce after long quarrel and fighting in court 1,6,10,8,12 houses are to be considered, as
found in divorce cases of Further Light of Nakshatra Chintamani by C.R. Bhatt, and in
Sublord Speaks- 1 to 3, 1,6,8,10,12 houses are detrimental for marriage and matrimonial
life which may head towards divorce.
Hence 8
th
house (quarrel, disappointment) is found in support of divorce but not in support
of marriage although it does not negate marriage and not threaten separation from the part-
ner.
Question 3: 12
th
house in marriage
Is 12th house detrimental for marriage?
While reading a chart, often astrologers consider 12th house detrimental for marriage. 12th
house indicates separation from family, in my opinion 12th should not be considered as
negative house in marriage. in fact its 6th(12th from 7th) house which indicates separation
from spouse, 12th has nothing to do with separation from spouse.
It is well understood that 12th stands for separation from family. 12th if combined with
6/ 8/ 10, also threatens married life. How should we treat if a planet signifies 2/ 7/ 12. Shall
be very grateful if u put come light.

Regarding marriage, 12th is detrimental for marriage, undesirable effects in married life,
separation by natives walking out and finalization of divorce, please see . . .

Question 5: Signification up to sub level of a planet
Please help me understand this case.
I am new to KP astrology. Recently I was reading a book by Shri. Suresh Shasane KP
jyotish Rahasya. I was reading a chapter where the author was explaining about how do we
find marriage event in birth chart and how to determine the exact event date. After reading
the chapter I took my brothers birth chart. He recently got married on 23rd April 2014.
While checking his birth chart I was unable to link it to KP rule. Please help me under-
stand:
His DOB is 3rd J uly 1978 at 7.40 am (in morning) at Pune. As per his birth chart 7th sub-
lord is Venus, and Venus signifies 11h, hence marriage is promised. Now his marriage took
place in J upiters Mahadasa, Venus antardasa and Saturns diwdasa. Now as per the book
while determining the date of event we should first see the mahadasa swami; he should sig-
nifies 2, 7 or 11 h. In his case J upiter is not signifying any of these houses. So how mar-
riage took place in J upiter mahadasha. Venus and Saturn are related hence that can be
understood but why J upiter?
After that I took birth chart of my sister who is unmarried. Now in her chart 7H sublord is
J upiter. (J upiter is in Nakshtra of Mercury and Mercury is sitting in 2h that means indi-
rectly J upiter is related to 2h), so the marriage event is fixed. Now the next step currently
she is undergoing Mercury mahadasa. (sublord of Mercury is J upiter), hence as per the
book the ideal period for marriage should be Mercury Mahadasa and J upiter antardasa

Planetary Stock Trading is a valuable book on astrology and investments, written by a stal-
wart in the astro financial community. The author combines the astrological approach with
the tools of technical analysis, for instance to buy stocks for cheap after they've been hit
with Saturn, hold and sell when J upiter runs their price up, and live on dividends between
the two.

The book provides a huge collection of about 1000 first-trade horoscopes, i.e. the moment
the company began publicly trading. Unlike incorporation charts, first trade charts show the
ups and downs of trading, i.e, stock prices, rather than the ups and downs of the corpora-
tion behind the stock. In his research, the author has found first trade charts had a greater
correlation to stock price movements than did the charts of incorporations.

The book concludes with an extensive appendix listing the planets, lunar node, Ascendant
and Midheaven in decimal notation of zodiacal order preceded by company ticker symbols.

However it may not be easy to follow practically what the author is leading to in converting
astrological knowledge into market methodology.
