Multiple Sclerosis (MS) interrupts the fow of
information from the brain to the body. It is
an unpredictable and often disabling disease.
One in every 500 residents in Wisconsin lives
with MS, giving Wisconsin one of the highest
incidence rates in the country. While the
progress, severity and specifc symptoms of
MS in any one person cannot be predicted,
advances in research and treatment are giving
hope to those afected by the disease. Join us
for the 5th Annual Golf for a Cure MS Fundraiser
and you will be helping us in the fght to
fnd better treatments, options and
ultimately a cure.

refreshments served on the course).
Participation includes: 18 holes of golf, golf
cart, lunch and refreshments on the course,
hole prizes and heavy hors doeuvres.
Following Golf: door prizes, silent auction
and winners announced, cash bar.
